Hey guys,
There have been three people in the last week emailing us about not being able to reset their passwords but have had the wrong username. Please, please, please (times eleventy) try to ensure that when you email the mods with this issue that you give us the correct username.
We don't have the ability to look people up through their email address, so this ends up in a lot of time consuming searching individually through profiles to make sure we don't reset the wrong person's password.
So if you're having this problem that you're not able to log in even after resetting your password, consider that you may have the wrong username before emailing us in a panic.
