Is it cause Mel's on vacation or something? LOL :) Where is everyone? I see people here, but hardly anyone posts! It's not like I sit here all day just skulking around the board, but whenever I do come lately, there's hardly any new posts to read. What's up? ???

I have no idea. I try lol but seems the only time people pop up is when I make a survey or something and I am running out of original ideas.
I love when this board is active, the discussions are great on here!
But I also know that it tends to be slower on the weekends than during the week. Who knows?

I guess we just had the sequel survey LOL... but still, new surveys are always fun! It is hard to come up with ideas for them though.

Well, I guess I'll just jump in on this convo!! :) I've noticed that as well. I love it when we have something to talk about, and we get all into it, and then it just dies down and then silence descends. Julie, maybe you should post your "ghost" picture again so we can have a hott discussion about it. Lol.

I got it!! Well, it wouldn't belong in this thread, but lets talk about the weird people all of a sudden activating accounts on this forum. I've read your thread to the newbies Mare and noticed this weird thread posted by someone. And I've noticed that most of the new people have these weird names and don't post anything... *gasp*, could they be... SPAMMERS?!?

Yes we have been getting spammed like no one's business! It's actually like a big game for me. See if I can delete their accounts before they post about the wonders of viagra! Gah!! it's so annoying.

Gosh!! I know hate is a strong word, well I truly DISLIKE spammers. Lol. Especially on Myspace, my god I just want to slam my head on the keyboards whenever I see a comment or a message from a spammer. And they're getting smarter too, hacking into people's accounts and all that. It's sooo irritating, I swear!! I can't imagine what you're going through Mare, but it's people like you that dedicate your time in making the forum a better place!! ;D

Well never fear I'm back now! LOL But seriously this time of year everyone goes on vacation and things start getting crazy. Hopefully now that we're getting new album news and the single has finally been dropped we'll have more to talk about it and it'll inspire us to do some more writing.

It was REALLY REALLY great! Very relaxing and I wish I was still there. The ranch is seriously one of my fav places in the world and I actually got a lil attention from the male race which is something that doesn;t usually happen for me on a regular basis unforunately :-[ Anyway I posted links to my pics on My Space in my vacation thread in the chatterbox forum if you want to check them out.

Aww hun, I know what you mean (with the male race that is). I don't know about guys sometimes, especially the guys here in Hawaii. I need to move and see what the world has to offer!! Argh!! But that's so awesome, I would love to go to a ranch one day. I would actually love to own a farm, with cows, piggy's, horsies... I love horses. Lol. I can't imagine how tranquil is must've been for you!! I would love to view your pics, but it won't let me. :( But I'm glad you had fun and returned safely!!

Yea it sucks... The guy situation for me hasn't been looking so good lately and I've been bummed about it lately, so just a little flirting actually did make me feel slightly better, but yea enough about my relationship problems lol. I really need to get back to writing. I pulled out UMS last night, but really couldn't seem to get any kind of descriptions down, so I kind of gave up. Maybe I should try again.

Maaan I have deleted so many spammers too! It's ridiculous! And some of them have funny names. For instance, I didn't have any doubt that Elvis Presley and James Dean were spammers lol
EDIT: I had to add this... just now I deleted like 15 people and one of them... oh man, I'm still chuckling. As if any spambot could join up with the name "puxxyinmyaxx@putitinme.com" and not expect anyone to catch that before they posted amuses me greatly lol

Well that's why this board rocks so much, because you and Mare do such a great job moderating it and deleting all those stupid spammers! Your efforts are greatly appreciated by all I'm sure. I know I'm glad I don't have to keep reading tips on how to enlarge my penis! -lol

I know!! That wonderful one you mentioned joined about ten times so I just activated him and immediately banned him because he can't rejoin if he's banned. Then I made another account just so we woukldn't have to see it in the bottom box. NBow I use it to know when I can stop deleting. Bitybella is me lol so don't activate me.

Just as long as you don't use that email address you have from putitinme.com I think you're safe! :)

you know what's the best feeling? When one of those spammer jokes activiates themselves and you see them on the board and then you go and delete them while they are in the middle of posting a spam message :D ha! That's an awesome feeling!
