How can there be one male and 19.5 females?

Or is it just the simplified ratio? That still doesn't make sense though..... ???

I think we really need to consider the possibility that it's some sort of mixed species person, and they were forced to say they were only half female because the other part of their genetic makeup wasn't available as a selection... like say a centaur or something.

Maybe it's a Flukewoman... half woman, half fluke worm.  Flukeworms are hermaphroditic, so they're not exactly one gender or the other.
