Chapter1

The boys had a couple hours off before the show started and AJ was looking for Howie
"Hey Nick, you know where Howie is?"
"Nope, know where Brian is?
"Nope, Lets go find them," said AJ, they looked in a couple of rooms in the venue and they asked one of there staff

"Oh I saw them go to the bus,"
"Ok thanks," AJ and Nick walked out to the bus

"Wonder what they are doing?" asked AJ as he reaches to open the bus door, and they walk in and they stop and are shocked as to what they see

"What the hell is going on?" asked AJ and Nick eyes go wide, Howie and Brian are sitting together but what they saw is something they thought they would only see in movies, Howie was drinking from Brian’s neck

"Well you came in at the wrong time," said Howie getting up and wiping the blood from his month
"Um what's going on? Asked Nick backing up
"Well you see Nick, I'm a Vampire and well here Brian is half Vampire at the moment," said Howie getting closer, AJ started to back up
"What Vampires aren't real," said AJ
"Yes they are, Welcome to my world," said Howie, Nick's and AJ's eyes went wide

"Whoa so when?" asked Nick grabbing AJ's hand to leave
"When I became a Vampire? About two or three years ago," said Howie
"Um oh ok," said AJ trying to look at Brian
"Don't be scared I wont hurt you, and Brian's fine," said Howie and Brian waved

"How...come we didn't notice? Asked Nick still trying to get AJ to leave
"Because I didn't want you to notice, I kept it secret, I'm able to be in the sunlight and everything, all the stuff you see in the movies doesn't apply to me, I'm very careful when I leave to go feed, but once Brian followed me, when I wasn't thinking and being carful and he found out,"

"So you’re making him half Vampire? What does that mean? Asked AJ
"Well I did that last week, I was feeding from him, its process before coming full Vampire, which I'll do soon, but please no need to be scared Nick I'm not going to hurt you guys, unless you go tell someone, which they will think your crazy and try and lock you up, or if you try and kill me which you can't. Nick's eyes went wide as he dropped AJ's hand

"Oh," said Nick
"I'm fine Nick really," said Brian
"You just surprised me that's all," said Howie sitting down next to Brian
"And your ok with this?" asked AJ

"Well at first I was freaked out, and then I was ok about it," said Brian
"How long have you known?" asked Nick
"Um about two or three months," said Brian
"Wow" said AJ

"Its ok I won’t bite you, unless you want me too," said Howie smiling, AJ's eyes went wide
"It's always the quiet one," said AJ looking at Nick, Nick just nodded with his eyes wide

"Guys sit down please, I'm still the same person, just now you know I drink blood," said Howie
"We've seen you eat food," said Nick
"Well I had to convince you guys, I couldn't just stop eating food," said Howie
"Yeah I guess," said Nick

"So were you your Vampire self in the Straight through my heart video?" asked AJ
"No I couldn't do that, and put myself in danger by showing my true self, I had to play a character,"

"Oh ok, so um what does Brian eat, since he's half Vampire?" asked Nick looking a little worried
"Real food and sometimes blood, we were about to get to that," said Howie as AJ's and Nick eyes got wide again.
"Seriously your eyes are going to pop out your head," said Brian as Howie laughed
"This is a little overwhelming," said Nick

"I know," said Howie looking at Brian
"Is he... about to feed from you?" asked AJ
"Yes," said Howie, Howie handed Brian his wrist and Brian took it and bit into it and it made a weird noise and AJ and Nick backed up a little more

"Oh, that's got to hurt," said Nick,"
"Yeah we need to go," said AJ grabbing Nick's hand
"Guys its fine, stay please," said Howie
"No we want to go," said Nick

"Guys come sit down its ok, he's almost done anyway," said Howie
"Its fine guys, see I'm done," said Brian wiping the blood away from his mouth, their eyes go wide again, cause of Brian Vampire ness, and Brian rolled his eyes
"Sorry I forgot you haven't seen the really blue eyes and the fangs," said Brian as he went back to normal, Nick and AJ couldn't speak or move, they where to freaked out
"So you guys ok?" asked Howie

"Fear," said Brian
"What?" asked Howie looking at Brian, Brian stood up and looked at them with his head sideways
"What is he doing?" asked AJ
"I smell fear," said Brian

"Oh shit, yeah when new “Half” Vampires smell human’s who are scared they get more hungry, Brian sit down its ok," said Howie getting up, and pushing him down
"Still hungry," said Brian

"Um well will one of you care to let him feed from your wrist?" asked Howie
"What no," they both said
"Yeah didn't think so, please clam down and he will too," said Howie
"For the record, I blame you for this." said Nick elbowing AJ
"Ouch that hurt, you could have said no and not come with me to find them," said AJ

"Yeah Whatever,"
"Guys I need you to be ok with this," said Howie
"Were trying," said Nick
"Please sit down," said Howie

"Nope were good," said AJ
"I promise nothing is going to happen, just stay calm, and I'll keep Brian away from you if I have to," said Howie looking at Brian and he nodded, AJ slowly walked over and sat down across from them and then Nick
"See everything is fine," said Howie

"But he has a hungry look in his eye," said Nick, pointing at Brian
"Sorry can't help it," said Brian
"It will be ok," said Howie, Brian looked at Howie

"They are really freaked out about this, I can... still smell it," said Brian looking at Nick
"Brian just relax please and they will relax, and don't look at them like that," said Howie, Brian looked away quickly
"Why don't we just leave," said AJ

"No Brian needs to get used to this," said Howie, Brian looked at Howie
"How am I supposed to get used to them, the way... they smell?" asked Brian getting upset
"Calm down, once they relax, everything will be ok, see they look calm," said Howie pointing at Nick and AJ

"Yeah were calm," said Nick smiling nervously
"But all I want to do is drink their blood, even if they are calm," said Brian looking at Howie
"I know but I will help you with that, and it will work out," said Howie rubbing Brian's back, Brian looked at AJ and Nick's faces and back at Howie
"What if I don't want this," said Brian, Howie looked at Brian surprised
"Sorry I can't change it, once your half there isn't way to go back Brian, That's a miskate you only make once, you said you were ready," said Howie

"Oh, ok yeah, I didn't... know I would feel this way around them is all," said Brian
"I promise it will get better, you will get used to it," said Howie, Brian nodded

"How long will the process take for him to become a Vampire?" asked Nick
"Not long, I'm going to change him soon, in the next day or two," said Howie
"Oh," said Nick, Nick looked at Brian; Brian looked at Nick briefly and looked away
"Um if we hadn't come in here, would you have told us about this?" asked AJ
"Probably not," said Howie

"Oh," said AJ, AJ looked at Nick and then pinched him
"Ouch AJ what the hell, that hurt," said Nick hitting AJ
"Shit Nick, I just want to make sure this wasn't a dream," said AJ rubbing his arm
"So you pinch me?" asked Nick rubbing his arm too
"Well I figured you would hit me, so if it hurt this isn't dream," said AJ
"Yeah well tell me something I didn't know!" said Nick shaking his head, Nick looked over at Brian and Brian had that look again but worse

"Guy's maybe you should leave now," said Howie looking at Brian, and AJ and Nick looked at Brian and Brian's look told them they should really leave right now.

"But get up slowly and don't walk to fast," said Howie looking at them both, and quickly looking back at Brian, AJ and Nick got up slowly with their backs to Howie and Brian, they looked at each other scared and walked but not turning around, they heard a noise and scuffling behind them, as they walked quickly, they heard Howie yelling and then heard NOOOOOOOOO, as they were trying to get out of the bus safely.

Chapter 2
Right as we got the bus door open I felt Brian grab my shoulders and AJ grabbed my hands to pull me out of the bus, and Howie yelling at Brian to stop and Howie grabbing Brian trying to pull him away, It was happening all to slow, I felt Brian's breath on my neck, he was ready to bite down, He was pulling me back and AJ was pulling me forward yelling at Howie to control Brian, AJ's eyes were wide and I knew not to look back, I was in pain being pulled back and forward, I didn't know what to do, then Brian was making a hissing type noise in my ear and trying to bite me, all I could see was his fangs and that was scary enough, All of the sudden I was pulled out of the bus by AJ and Howie had his arms wrapped around Brian holding him,

"Go now in the arena, I'll make sure he's fine for tonight's....show, run fast," said Howie trying to clam Brian down, I didn't look back, I didn't need to see the image of Brian looking like that, we got inside to the venue and we were out of breath and freaked out

"Dude are you ok?" asked AJ checking my neck
"Yeah just really freaked out,"

"You should have seen the look in his eyes, that wasn't Brian, that was the scariest blue I have ever seen," said AJ looking at me

"Please don't say anymore, I didn't look at him, I didn't want to see him that way," said Nick putting his hands over his face

"Sorry dude, but it felt like we were in a nightmare, that we would never get out of," said AJ

"Shut up, I don't want to hear anymore, I was there in it to,"

"I'm sorry, you look like you need a hug," said AJ, I rolled my eyes and then nodded and we did a quick hug

"Thanks that helps a little," and AJ nodded and looked away, we started walking and ended up going in rest area that we chill in before the show, it was quit for a few minutes before AJ's phone rang, and scared the crap out of us, AJ looked at his phone and it was Howie

"Howie?" said AJ looking at me while he answered the phone, I listened to what AJ said and few minutes later he hung up

"Ok so Brian feels really bad about what happened, and he's sorry," said AJ
"Wow," was all I could say

"And Howie said he will control Brian better, and its his fault, that he should have let us leave before it got bad, and also asked if we were ok," said AJ
shrugging his shoulders, I just shook my head and closed my eyes, I was still in shock that Vampires are real and that Howie and Brian are freaking Vampires.

"You ok?" asked AJ looking at me concerned, I looked at him

"No I'm not ok, my friends are Vampires,"
"Right, maybe this is just a dream," said AJ
"No its not, we already figured that out," I said looking at AJ crazy

"Right ok," said AJ picking at his fingernails
"You still think this is a dream?" I asked him
'No not anymore, I'm just in shock," said AJ

"Ok we just need to relax here and not think about what just happened, think good thoughts about the show tonight,"

"Right ok I can do that," said AJ closing his eyes and trying to relax

**************************************

Later that night after the concert in the bus

"The concert went well," said AJ
"Yeah Brian seemed back to normal," said Nick, Howie came out of the back room, AJ and I stared at Howie not really sure what to do

"Brian's asleep right now, I have a stash of animal blood, and that seems to clam him down, some new "half" Vampires can't really be around humans and some Vampires are fine around other humans, just try not to be scared around him, and everything should be fine," said Howie

"Animal blood, you have that why?" I asked, Howie sighed

"Well sometimes I can't go out and feed like I should, so I carry animal blood with me, it’s the best thing for long bus rides," said Howie sitting down.

"Oh ok, I guess that makes sense," I said
"So when are you going to change Brian?" asked AJ

"Well I guess since we have a few days off coming up, I'll do it then," said Howie
"That's like day after tomorrow right?" asked AJ

"Yeah it is, we will be in a hotel so you two will not have to see it," said Howie
"Your not planning on changing us are you?" I asked
"No not really, I don't know, unless you two want me to,"

"Would you if I asked you?" asked AJ
"AJ, what the hell?" I asked him
"What I think it would be interesting," said AJ
"No, don't do it," I told him

"Why not?" asked AJ
"Because if you do it, then I will be the only human on a bus of Vampires," I said

"Oh ok, yeah I'm not going to anytime soon, I just want to know if Howie will do it, when I'm ready, I'll let you know too when I'm ready," said AJ, All I could do was stare at him, I didn't know what to say, AJ was looking at Howie waiting for a reply

"Well I don't know, I wasn't planning on ever telling you guys, or even changing Brian or any of you, I don't know, just... don't decide anytime soon, let me see how Brian is after the change and see how that goes, I can't have two hungry crazy Vampires on my hands," said Howie, AJ just nodded and I sighed

"You...don't kill people when you feed do you?"

"No Nick I don't, maybe the first couple of times by accident, only because I was so new at it, but when a Vampire drinks from a human, and get the blood they need, then the human is in I guess what you might call a dream state kind of sleep and when they wake up, they don't remember anything and the bite marks are gone, and they feel kind of weak but they don't know why," I was shocked

"So they just wake up in a random place and don't know how they got there and why their weak? I asked

"Um well yeah kind of, but I kinda put a thought in their mind that they met someone and made out with them," AJ and I just looked at Howie crazy and shook our heads

"So how did it happen to you?" asked AJ
"Wow I was coming home and parked in the drive way and stepped out of my car, the rest is a little fuzzy until I woke in my bed,"

"Wait so how did that happen?" I asked, Howie rolled his eyes and continued

"So I woke up feeling a little weird, and it was pitch black in my room, I was confused and I turned the light on, and Leigh was sitting in the chair across the room, it startled me, I looked at her, and she stood up, and as she was walking she turned into a Vampire, and I tried to get up and run, but I couldn't, I was to scared, the freaky blue eyes scared the shit out of me, as she reached the bed, I ran to the door, but she was already there, she told me not to be scared, I asked her what she was, and she said Vampire, and I thought she was crazy, I didn't believe her, and she walked closer, I stepped back and tripped and fell, before I could get up, she was on top of me, her fangs and her blue eyes showing, and she said that she loved me and was sorry but she had to do this, before I could react, she was drinking my blood, I felt dizzy as she was drinking, and then she was holding her wrist to my lips and told me to drink, so I did, that's how I became a Vampire, it was about three years ago,"

"So your wife is a Vampire?" I asked shocked
"Yeah she is,"

"So why didn't she do what you did to Brian?" asked AJ

"Oh because she was extremely hungry and wanted to change me, I think its better, to make them half Vampires for a little bit, let them get used to it, and then change them, I'm starting to think maybe that's not a good idea anymore,"

"You think," I said

"I can't believe your wife is a Vampire and turned you," said AJ

"I know, I couldn't believe it either,” said Howie, I just sat there taking it all in

"Are you going to be ok with this?" asked Howie to me

"I guess so, I have to right?" I asked
"Yeah," said Howie nodding

"Wait so you said that, you could put a thought into someone’s head that they were making out with someone after you drank from them, then can you change our memories about knowing your a Vampire?" asked AJ

"I'm not sure, I haven't tried it, I think only Vampires that have been around awhile can, but its really risky, I have been told that some Vampires have tried it but wiped out that person's whole memory, It’s a different process." said Howie

"Oh wow never mind then," said AJ
"Are you not wanting to remember any of this?" asked Howie looking confused

"I was thinking about it, but I think I want to know what's going on," said AJ, Howie just nodded and then checked his watch

"Its late, we need to go to bed, it’s been a long day," said Howie

"You sleep?" I asked surprised, Howie rolled his eyes and sighed

"Yes Vampires sleep, it’s something we need just like humans, and no we don't sleep all day," said Howie leaving the room
"Oh ok then good night," I told him.

The next morning

AJ and I were eating cereal and Howie and Brian came into the Kitchen, Brian grabbed a bowl and made himself some cereal and sat down and started eating it, and Howie started reading the paper, We both stared at Brian and watched him eat his cereal like nothing has changed, Brian stopped and stared at us, and we quickly ate our cereal, and few minutes went by and we stared at Brian again

"What's the deal, why do you keep staring at me?" asked Brian

"Um well your eating cereal," I said

"Yeah I know, I can eat cereal, I'm still half human," said Brian eating his cereal

"Wow ok, you’re cranky," said AJ

"Guys leave him alone," said Howie from the paper

"So you just eat cereal and it doesn't do anything to you?" I asked

"Yes he can eat cereal, I gave him some more animal blood, before we came out here, and he was hungry for real food, it comes and goes," said Howie getting back to the paper

"So how are you this morning Brian?" I asked

"Pissed about what happened yesterday, I rather not talk about it," said Brian

"Ok sorry," I said putting my hands up

"Yeah don't bother him," said Howie

"So Howie I have some questions if that's ok?" asked AJ

"Yeah I guess so,"

"Ok so you said the movie stuff doesn't apply to you, so you can see your self in the mirror and stuff?" asked AJ, Howie nodded yes as he was reading the paper

"So can you fly? Asked AJ

"No AJ I can't fly but I can jump really high, Humans can not kill us only other Vampires can kill other Vampires, Vampires are super strong, and we are super fast, we cannot read your mind, but Vampires can communicate with each other telepathically," Said Howie still reading the paper and never looking up like he's told this a million times

"Oh," said AJ

"Um so you said super strong, so um what’s your definition of “super strong”? I asked, Howie looked at me with a look I have never seen from Howie which scared the shit out me, I think were annoying him, Howie sighed

"Would you like for me to show you?" asked Howie

"No," I said quickly

"Here is an example, If I or another Vampire, threw a Human against a wall it would probably kill that person and might even break that person's head wide open and probably more, does that explain it? Asked Howie looking at me, I gulped and quickly nodded yes

"Sorry I didn't mean to snap at you like that, I'm not in the best of moods at the moment, please don't be freighted, we don't need what happened yesterday to happened again this morning," said Howie, I just nodded and got up and put my bowl in the sink and went to the back room and closed the door.


A few minutes later AJ walked in

"Dude are you ok?" asked AJ
"Yeah I guess, I just didn't want to piss them off anymore then they are,"

"That's why I came back here too," said AJ sitting down next to me on the couch, we started watching TV, and then Brian and Howie came in and looked at us

"What?" I asked

"We want to stay in here," said Howie

"Ok go on," I said, they continued to stare at us with annoyed look

"Oh you want us to leave, I'm guessing?" I asked getting up

"Yes please, sorry Brian doesn't trust himself to stay around you two right now, he wants to stay in here," said Howie

"Can't Brian tell us that?" I asked looking at Brian

"He can but he rather not right now," said Howie

"Whatever," AJ and I left the room and closed the door

"Are they always going to be like this?" asked AJ sitting down

"I hope not, or we will have to talk to them about that,"

"Yeah ok that will go over well," said AJ looking out the window, I sighed, I hate that everyone is moody and upset, I just hope this changes soon.


A little while later

I was reading a good book when someone taps me on the shoulder; I look up from my book

"What AJ,"

"Are you hungry?"

"Yeah kind of," I went back to reading

"Dude I'm going to make some lunch, don't you want some?" asked AJ

"Yeah what are you making?" I asked putting the book down and getting up

"I'm going to put a pizza in the oven and make a salad," said AJ

"Yeah sounds good, I'll go ask Brian if he wants anything to eat,"

"Alright, make sure and knock," said AJ

"Yeah of course," I knocked on the door where Brian and Howie are

"Yeah what?" asked Howie through the door

"May I come in and ask a question please," I asked annoyed

"Is it about Vampires again?" asked Howie

"No its not," I said

"Alright come in," said Howie, I slowly open the door afraid to what I'm walking into, only to find them watching TV

"Um hi, Brian are you hungry? AJ's putting a pizza in the oven and he's going to make a salad," I was kind of scared as to what he was going to say

"Yeah I'm kind of hungry for a Pizza, and salad sounds good too," said Brian smiling and getting up, I was surprised about his reaction, I didn't know what to say as Brian passed by me and then Howie got up but didn't say anything and also passed by me.

"Hey Brian the pizza will be ready in 20 minutes, would you like tomato's in your salad?" asked AJ

"Sure," said Brian sitting down, and so did Howie, I stood next to AJ and watched him cut the tomato's

"Howie can I ask you a few more things if that's ok?" asked AJ as he put the knife down

"Yeah it’s fine," said Howie

"Ok so the sun doesn't hurt you at all?" asked AJ

"When Vampires first become Vampires they cannot go in the sun light for a couple of days, if they happened to go in the sun light when they are first turned they will be severally sun burned, or worse, new Vampires must stay away from the sun for at least two or three days, if they must go out, they need to wear long selves and longs pants a hat and sun glasses," said Howie

"Wow," said AJ and I

"Being half Vampire, what can Brian do?" asked AJ

"Only his fangs the Vampire blue eyes shows right now, he doesn't have the super strength etc yet, that comes when he become a full Vampire," said Howie,"

AJ nodded and went back to cutting the tomato's, It was quite for a few minutes only the sound of AJ cutting the tomato's, until I heard him say Shit, which wasn't what you want to hear when someone in cutting tomato's with two Vampires in the room, I looked over and AJ's finger was bleeding

"AJ," I said looking at him with wide eyes, I was leaning against the counter, AJ was holding his finger looking at me with wide eyes, I slowly looked at Howie and Brian, Brian was slowly getting up looking at AJ, Howie noticed Brian getting up and stood in front of Brian

"Brian what's going...on?" asked Howie and stopped and smelled the air and turned around and looked at AJ

"I.... cut my finger," said AJ looking scared, I saw Brian fangs come down, and Howie looked at AJ's finger and quickly turned around to Brian

"Its ok Brian it's just a little....blood," said Howie he turned around, and looked at AJ and smelled the air again, and looked at AJ, both our eyes went wide, Howie's fangs came down and his eyes along with Brian eyes turned very blue.

"What do we do?" I asked AJ whispering to him

"I...don't...know," said AJ whispering back, Howie and Brian where just staring at us, Howie blinked and looked at Brian

"Brian go in the other room now," said Howie, Brian hesitated for a moment and then left, I quickly grabbed a paper towel and handed it to AJ, Howie was still in his Vampire form, just staring and looking like he may pounce on AJ any minute

"Please get that to stop to bleeding, I'm going into the other room, and clam myself down," said Howie and he quickly left the room, I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding, I looked at AJ who looked pale and scared, and holding his hand

"Are you ok?" I asked him

"Um what, yeah I think so, I...need to get my finger to stop bleeding," said AJ

"Here let me look at it," his finger didn't need stitches, thanks goodness for that, he put his finger under water, washing away the blood

"Do we have band aids?" asked AJ

"Yeah I think so," I went the bathroom and found the band aids along with some antiseptic, and I fixed AJ"s finger, AJ was still a little shocked, he looked at me

"That could have gone wrong on so many levels," he said, all I could do was nod, then the oven timer went off and scared the shit out of us, Our pizza was ready.

I quickly sat down and tried to calm myself down, but it wasn't working, AJ's blood just smelled so good, how will I stand this when I become a full Vampire, Howie rushed in and sat down and put his head in his hands breathing hard, I wasn't sure what to say, I just relaxed and tried to calm myself down the smell of the pizza was starting to help, I felt my fangs go back in and I was relieved and I looked at Howie

"Are you ok D?" I asked him, he looked at me his eyes normal but his fangs hadn't gone back up yet

"No I'm not ok, I thought I could handle that but I couldn't, I need to feed more," said Howie looking down, I handed him my wrist to him and he knocked it away

"No," he looked at me

"What, don't you want it?"

"I can drink the animal blood for now"

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah"

"Um don't you have the power to put them in a trance or something?" I asked smiling; Howie looked at me with wide eyes

"What the hell, I wouldn't do that to them, don't smile like that, I don't think I want to," Howie stood up and paced

"I'm sorry, must be my Vampire ness kicking in," what the hell was I thinking, Howie just looked at me,

"What are we going to do about this?" asked Howie

"About what, nothing happened,"

"We need to control ourselves better," said Howie sitting down

"I know we will, but why can't I stay half human and half Vampire?" I asked

"Because you can't stay that way, your body will start dying, and you will start to get sick etc," said Howie

"Oh," We heard a knock at the door

"What," yelled Howie and I jumped not used to Howie yelling that loud

"Um well the Pizza is done and AJ's not bleeding anymore, I just wanted to let Brian know in case he still wanted the pizza," said Nick sounding a little nervous, Howie looked at me

"I am hungry for Pizza still," I said to Howie and I got up and opened the door to a nervous looking Nick and Nick backed up a little

"I'm fine now, and ready for Pizza," and I smiled at Nick, hoping that would make him smile to and it did, I looked back at Howie and he was at standing at the couch

"Are you coming?" I asked him, he nodded no and sat down, I looked back at Nick

"Hold on, let me talk to him,"

"Howie come on, the smell of pizza might make you feel better," I told him

"I can smell it from here, you go on, you'll be fine, I can watch from here," I walked back to the door and looked at Howie and he looked away looking upset

"I think I made a mistake," said Howie and he looked at me and looked away again, I was shocked and I stared at him, he motioned with his hand for me to go, I wanted this I wanted him to change me why would he say that, I slowly sat down, and saw that AJ made the salads and I have two pieces of pizza waiting for me

"Brian are you ok?" asked AJ
"Yeah I'm ok," I said, looked back at Howie one more time before I ate, he still looked sad and upset, he was staring out the window,

"Is Howie alright, why is he not in here?" asked Nick

"He's still upset he changed in front of you guys, he thought he could handle it better,"
"Oh," said Nick looking back at Howie, The pizza tasted so good better than normal, maybe because Howie is changing me tomorrow, if he's still up for it, I'm beginning to think this whole Vampire thing wasn't the best idea anymore, I guess I can't do anything about it now.

 

About two hours later Brian wasn't feeling good at all, his stomach was really hurting him and Howie was talking to him in the back room

"What do you think is wrong with Brian?" asked AJ

"I don't know, maybe he's nervous about tomorrow or something,"

"Howie what's wrong with me?" I asked Howie, hunched over holding my stomach

"How does your stomach feel?" asked Howie

"It....feels.... like its.... burning or it feels like my stomach has been punched but worse, I don't know how to explain it,"

"Don't eat anymore human food, I think your body is dying," said Howie rubbing my back

"What do I do about it?" I asked almost in tears

"I may have to change you tonight, or you need to drink some animal blood, see how you feel in a little bit,"

 "Dude seriously, I don't think I can wait that long,"

“Alright I'll fix you some animal blood," said Howie getting up

"No,"

"What?" asked Howie

"I want to drink from you,"

"Oh ok," said Howie rolling up his sleeve

"Hey guys everything ok, does Brian need to go the hospital?" asked Nick in the door way

"No his body is...changing, he needs blood I believe, he's going to feed from me," said Howie holding out his wrist to Brian

"Wait, um maybe I can help,"

"How can you...oh you want him to feed from you?" asked Howie surprised

"What no Nick, I won’t let you,"

"It might help, but it also may cause problems, he might want more than he needs,"

"Um I'm willing to risk that," I told them, they had shocked faces, I couldn't believe I said that either

"Is Brian ok?... what's going on, why do y'all looked shocked?" asked AJ

"Um Brian's body is changing, and um he needs some blood," said Howie still shocked

"Ok so what's so shocking about that?" asked AJ

"Um well guess who's willing to let Brian feed from him?" said Howie

"What Nick no, you can't do it," said AJ

"Its ok AJ, it doesn't cause any harm for him to feed on Nick, it’s.... just not safe for him to feed on Nick right now, but... wow Nick is... willing to do it anyway," said Howie

"What you are crazy?" asked AJ looking at me

"No I just want to help him feel better," I said

"Please... someone do something, I'm in pain here," said Brian getting paler

"Shit ok, let Brian feed from me first and Nick it will be your turn ok," said Howie

"Ok that's fine," Brian's Vampire form appeared and he bit down on Howie's wrist, and AJ left, he couldn't watch, I heard Brian drinking the blood and Howie sat there with his eyes closed, I just stood and watched, its like watching a movie but real, Howie quickly opened his eyes and looked like he was in pain

"Brian you have to stop now," said Howie looking at Brian and Brian looked at Howie as he continued drinking

"Brian please stop now, it hurts," said Howie trying to push him away,

"Nick please leave, and shut the door," said Howie, I did what he said, and left the room quickly

"Brian... stop now," I said in pain and a little weak, Brian stopped and looked at me and slowly got up with blood running down his mouth and he had a evil grin, my eyes went wide, I didn't know what Brian was going to do, but I was weak and couldn't do much, I quickly thought what I could do, but nothing came to me, as Brian was standing in front of me looking very evil, he turned his head and just looked at me, my eyes were becoming heavy, he must have taken more then I thought, Brian looked at me with concern in his eyes, and he grabbed his stomach and fell to the floor, I was to weak to even move I tried to speak but I couldn't, my eyes kept closing I forced my eyes open, I heard Brian scream from the floor before I blacked out.

I felt some liquid going down my throat, I tried to open my eyes but couldn't, I tried to speak but it came out raspy, then I felt more liquid going down my throat, I started feeling better, I opened my eyes and saw AJ and Nick looking very worried and freaked out, I realized I was laying down on the couch and I saw that AJ had the Animal bag of blood in his hand, I slowly sat up and looked for Brian

"Brian's in his bunk drinking some blood Nick got for him, he's ok," said AJ, I blinked and looked around

"Um what happened?" I asked

"We heard Brian screaming and we rushed in, he was in pain on the floor, and we saw you passed out on the couch and Brian through his pain told us what happened, and we got the blood and started pouring it down your throat, we were so freaked out that he took way more than he said he did, you haven't been passed out for to long maybe 10 to 15 minutes," said AJ, I just kind of sat there, still kind of weak, and in shock a little,

"AJ started giving you blood, so I helped Brian, I got him to stop screaming and got him Animals blood, I put it in a cup and put it in the microwave and gave him a straw, and that seems to have satisfied him, he's had three cups now," said Nick, I was surprised they did all that

"Wow thank you guys, I'm so sorry to have you two so freaked out, but you still helped,"

"Its fine, Brian told us where the blood was, and we got moving," said AJ

"So what happened after I left the room?" asked Nick

"Brian....he wouldn't....stop, he looked like he was going to attack me, he...he had an evil grin, and I couldn't....do anything....I was so weak," I was getting upset

"Its ok D," said AJ and gave me a hug, Brian came into the room with his cup, I was a little scared, and I tried to get up

"Howie its ok, I don't know what came over me, once I got your blood and I stopped, I guess wasn't enough and my stomach got worse but this animal blood is working, I think I need to keep drinking it, so it doesn't hurt, I'm really sorry I drank so much, I'm....not going.... continue to....act that way am I, I was going to attack you I think?" asked Brian, I just stared at him and looked at the other guys, I was still a little freaked out

"Um....I don't know, I hope not, I wish I had an answer but I don't, remember I'm still kinda new at this too," I told Brian

"Oh ok," said Brian, I looked at Nick

"Are you glad now that I decided to let him feed from me first?" I asked Nick

"Yeah I am," said Nick, Brian came closer to me and handed his wrist to me, I looked up at him

"What?"

"You need some," said Brian

"No I'm ok now, I can drink some animal blood," I told Brian

"There's not that much left," said AJ

"Shit, I need to get some more,"

"How do you get the blood anyway?" asked AJ handing me the bag, I wanted to push it away but I wanted more

"I have my sources," I said winking at AJ and I drank the rest of the contents from the bag, and blood ran down my chin, and AJ looked at me weird

"What?" I asked,

"Are you gonna clean your chin off?" asked AJ he looked a little discussed, I wiped my chin off with my sleeve,

"Wow really?" asked AJ

"What its gone right?"

"Uh yeah," said AJ walking out of the room, I shrugged my shoulders and Brian was still standing next to me looking at me

"Is it something you need?" I asked

"No," said Brian

"Nick how much blood is there left?" I asked him

"Like two or three bags left," said Nick

"Ok Brian if you start feeling bad again please drink some more animals blood," I told Brian, and he just nodded and left the room too

"I think he feels bad still," said Nick

"Yeah I think so," I said, AJ came back in

"Hey the driver just told me that we might get to the hotel early like 8 tonight," said AJ

"What time is it now?" I asked still a little foggy

"It's 4:15," said AJ

"Ok,"

"I have a few more questions if you’re up for it?" asked AJ

"Yeah go ahead,"

"In most movies Vampires are very pail, and you look like your human normal self, so why is that?"

"Because we can be in the sun, and we don't stand out to humans, I like it like that, so when we are hunting for blood, we don't scare the humans as bad, only when we they see our fangs and our scary blue eyes but that's right before we start drinking from them, but if we don't get enough blood sometimes, we do look pale, but not that bad," I told them

"Oh ok, what about your vision?" asked AJ

"Yes Vampire vision, it’s the best part, I can see things from far distances, or in the dark, its incredible for when I'm hunting in the woods for animals," I told them

"Wow you hunt animals?" asked AJ

"Yes sometimes I do that during the day if I'm really hungry; I feed from humans at night so I don't get caught,"

"Oh wow," said AJ

"How can we spot other Vampires, is there a way?" asked Nick

"No there isn't way, only other Vampire can tell between human and Vampires, it’s just an instinct and a feeling," Brian quickly ran to the door with a weird look on his face

"What's wrong?" I asked him,

 

"I....think....I'm hearing voices," said Brian in a whisper, AJ and Nick's eyes went wide

"Oh shit, I think its time to change you, I need to do that tonight, and sometimes half Vampires go a little crazy,"

"What why?" asked AJ

"It just sometimes happens, if you don't change them in time, they can still be crazy and hear voices as Vampires, and they can go crazier," I told them trying to get up, but I was still a little weak

"Are you ok?" asked AJ

"I'm still kind of weak," AJ sat next to me and looked at me; he then looked at Nick and back at me

"If Nick was willing to let Brian feed from him, then I'm willing to let you feed from me, if it will help you," said AJ looking at me with concern eyes, I was shocked

"You’re willing to help me feel better?" I asked him, he nodded and handed me his wrist, I looked down at it and felt my mouth water, and I looked away

"Howie you need it," said AJ I looked at him and then his wrist, and I grabbed his wrist and sank my teeth in.

 

I heard AJ and Nick gasp as I sank my teeth in AJ's wrist, the liquid felt so good and worm, I looked at AJ and his eyes were closed, I continued to drink more, and AJ started to breath faster, I quickly stopped even though I didn't want to but I had to, AJ opened his eyes and had this weird look on his face, my eyes went wide I was surprised

"Why did you stop?" asked AJ

"Um because I didn't want to drain you, and you started breathing faster and for sure I would have taken more than I needed to, and I think you liked it a little too much, AJ smiled and got up, and Nick eyes went wide

"Dude," said Nick

"It was...kind of a rush," said AJ, I just looked at AJ and shook my head, then I noticed Brian looking at a corner and smiling, I got up and felt so much better and walked over to him

"Brian what are you doing?" as I placed a hand on his shoulder, Brian looked at me with a lost look in his eyes and that wasn't good

"Don't you hear it?" asked Brian

"Hear what?"

"The shadows talking," It was differently time to change Brian, but I didn't want to change him in the bus

"Um Brian there isn't any shadows talking to you," I told him

"Yes there is, there right their," said Brian pointing to the spot, as I ran my hands through my hair

"Um so he thinks he hears shadows talking?" asked AJ

"Yeah,"

"Maybe its time to change him," said Nick

"It is time to change him but I really need to do it the hotel room, its better that way," Brian doubled over in pain and fell onto the floor

"Its hurts, do something," said Brian, I ran and got a bag of blood and found his cup and heated it up and ran back to him

"Here Brian drink it," Brian drank it in one gulp and he was ok for now

"Are you still hearing voices?" I asked him trying to help him up

"No I'm not, just leave me here, it doesn't hurt as bad,"

"Should we go in the other room?" asked AJ

"Yeah that would probably be best for now," I told him, and AJ and Nick walked out the room and I closed the door, and laid down with Brian on the floor and rubbed his back and he stared at me and I moved my hand to his hair and put my hand through it

"Close your eyes and try to sleep, it might make you feel better," I whispered to Brian, he just kept staring at me as I kept running my hand through his hair

"That feels good," Brian said in a whisper, I nodded

I quietly opened the door to see what was going on, and AJ was behind me, we saw Howie rubbing Brian's back

"They look at little to comfy," said AJ

"Shhh," I told AJ, and then Howie started putting his hand through Brian's hair, and I gave a look to AJ
"I told you," said AJ in a whisper

"Shhh, I'm sure it’s not like that,"

"Guys I can also hear really well, even if you’re whispering, so please close the door, and no it’s not like that at all," I told them sitting up, Nick's eyes got wide and he quickly shut the door

"We should have known he would have excellent hearing too," I looked at AJ

"Well yeah I guess he would,"

"Yeah"

"But really they looked a little to cozy," said AJ

"Really AJ, your one to talk, you got turned on by Howie feeding on you," AJ got quite and went to his bunk

"Yeah that's what I thought,"  

"Howie wake up, its 6:20," said Brian, shaking me

"Ok I'm awake, I didn't even know I fell asleep," I said looking at Brian as he was starting to look a little pail

"Why are you looking at me like that?" asked Brian, I blinked

"When your about to be changed into a Vampire you start to get paler and almost start looking like a Vampire, and when your changed you are pail for a little bit till you feed, also you must always feed and if you don't feed enough, you will be pail,"

"Oh," said Brian sitting up

"Yeah," as I stayed on the floor, my head started pounding and I was in pain

I sat up feeling a little better and looked back to see that Howie looked like he was in pain from what I could tell and then Howie made a weird noise he had his head in hands and moaning in pain

"Howie what's wrong, can I help some how?" as I moved over to him handing him my wrist

"No that isn't it," said Howie moving on his back biting his lip with his eyes closed

"Tell me what's wrong then,"

'Shit this isn't good," said Howie opening his eyes and sitting up

"What happened?"

"She knows and isn't happy with me," said Howie looking at the wall

"Who Leigh?" I asked Howie

"Yes,"

"So why isn't she happy with you, and how does she know?"

"I'm not sure, I guess she can just feel it, and she didn't want me to tell you guys anyway, and she wanted to be there if I ever changed one of you,"
"Oh ok, how long has she been a Vampire anyway?" I asked

"Twelve years,"

"Whoa, wait but how did you have a kid?"

"Vampires can have kids but they come out human, I'm not sure how that happens,"

"Oh, so what did she do to you?"

"Some kind of mind control thing that hurts, only Vampires can do to other Vampires and if we want, we can do it to humans too,"

"Wow,"

"How do you feel now?" asked Howie

"I'm better,"

"Good, lets go in the other room, and see Nick and AJ,"

"Ok"

"Hey guys," said Howie

"Hey," said Nick

"Are you ok now Brian?" asked AJ

"Yeah I think so," as I looked at Howie, he was looking straight ahead and had a weird look in his eyes

"What's wrong with him?" asked AJ

"I don't know, Howie are you ok?" he didn't do anything or move

"Howie what's going on?" asked AJ stepping in front of him

"Leigh might be communicating with him," I told them
"Oh," I saw Howie blink and then he grabbed his head in pain and fell to the floor

"What's happening?" asked Nick, I got down to the floor and tried to help Howie

"I don't know, I think Leigh is doing some kind of mind control thing to him and she's pissed at him,"

"Oh wow,"

"It....feels....like she's crushing....my head," said Howie still holding his head and then Howie relaxed on the floor and was very still

"Is he ok?" asked Nick

"I don't know, Howie what's going on?" I asked Howie, still on the floor with him, his eyes popped open and he slowly sat up

"I think she's done hurting me," said Howie

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, I feel really weak again though," I handed him my wrist, and he nodded no

"Did she say anything to you?" I asked Howie

"No," I tried to get up but couldn't she really did a number on me

"Dude just drink from me,"

"I can't Brian you need it," Then Nick knelled down and put his wrist out to me, I looked at him

"Nick no, I already drank from AJ, I can't do it again,"

"You got better after you drank for AJ though,"

"Howie just do it please," said Brian, I looked up at AJ and he nodded too and I looked at Nick and he nodding also

"Please I want to help, if it will make you feel better," said Nick pushing his wrist to my lips, I could smell the fear from him

"Nick if your scared to do this then don't," I told him, His eyes got wide

"I...I'm not scared, just do it,"

"I can smell it Nick," Nick swallowed hard and closed his eyes and he was breathing in and out and I could feel him calming down

"I'm ok now," he said in a whisper, I looked in his eyes that he really wanted to help me out, I placed my hands on his wrist and brought it to my mouth as I felt my fangs come down and I bit into it, as the blood was going down my throat, it felt like I hadn't had blood in days, I closed my eyes, it was wonderful, I got lost in it, then I heard shouting and felt something pulling me, my eyes shot open and Nick looked scared and pail, and Brian was yelling at me to stop and AJ was yelling at Brian, I quickly let go and Nick fainted on the floor, my eyes got wide

"Shit I'm so sorry, I felt like I hadn't had blood in days, I'm sorry," I quickly got to Nick and he was breathing hard and sweating I could hear his heart, it was beating fast but he wasn't dying, he was just really scared, his eyes opened and I place my hand on his forehead to calm him down

"Shhh its ok, I don't mean to I got lost in it," as I rubbed his check, he gave me a weird look and I knew that look, I moved my hand away from his check

"Um what is with all the touching," said Nick then I knew Nick was ok

"Howie what happen?" asked Brian, I looked at Brian and I slowly stood up to make sure I wasn't weak and I wasn't

"Like I said got lost in it, I didn't mean to," and Brian just shook his head at me, I looked down at Nick who was sitting up and I put my hand down and he took it and and I helped him up.

 

 

 

It was quite for a few minutes until Brian's stomach started hurting again and he was moaning in pain

"I'll get you some more blood," I told him
"No, I don't...think its going to...work," said Brian in a lot of pain
"Are you sure?" I asked him
"Yeah" he said standing against the beds, he then doubled over in pain and yelled

"Brian please hang in there, let me get you some blood,"
"No...I know...its not going to work," said Brian and then he ran to bathroom, I quickly ran in there along with Nick and AJ, Brian was sitting on the floor with his head in the toilet but not throwing up he was just moaning

"I feel like I need to puke," said Brian with tears in eyes
"Again your body is...dying, and Vampires don't throw up," I told Brian
"I thought you said his body was changing?" asked AJ

"I did say that, but I didn't want to scare you by saying his body was dying,"
"Oh," said AJ

"What time is it AJ?" I asked him, he took his phone out and checked
"Its 6:57 pm," I sighed
"Go ask the driver how much longer,"
"Ok," said AJ and he left the bathroom
"Is there a way to make myself throw up?" asked Brian

"No sorry," I told him kneeling down
"I feel so bad that I can't do anything," said Nick
"I know Nick," I looked up at him and patted his leg

"The driver said we might be there early, he said maybe about 7:30 pm at the most," said AJ standing in the door way

"Alright thanks AJ,"
"No problem," Brian looked at me with a pained look on his face

"Brian I'm so sorry, once we get there I will change you and you can sleep the rest of the night ok," he just nodded I sat there rubbing his back as Nick and AJ left the room
"Do you want to go to the other room and lay down?" I asked him and he nodded no

"Howie?" asked AJ from the door
"Yeah," I looked over at him
"I made him a cup of blood,"
"Thanks AJ," he handed it to me

"Here Bri drink it please," he nodded and sipped on it and then gulped it down
"More please," he looked up at AJ and we both smiled
"Ok," said AJ and quickly left to get more

"Did it help?" I asked him
"Some what,"
"Here you go," said AJ, I handed the cup to Brian and he gulped it down again, right as the bus stopped,
"Its 7:05 pm were early," said AJ, I helped Brian up and we gathered our stuff, luckily no fans will be around tonight I hoped, we were suppose to arrive tomorrow morning, we quickly got off the bus and right as we reached the doors of the hotel I quickly stopped and stood there

"What's wrong?" asked Nick
"Vampire," I said
"What where?" asked Nick looking around?
"Inside,"
"Really?" I breathed in and sighed
"Shit its just Leigh,"
"Oh ok, I guess you didn't know she was coming here?"

"No, I didn't," I said, Brian sighed
"Please don't take to long with her," said Brian
"I know Brian I wont," We walked in and I looked to the left and there she was sitting in a chair in the waiting area

"Just go and I'll check in," said Brian
"Thanks," I walked over to her and she stood up

"Hello Howie,"
"Leigh," she looked at me and she kissed me
"I missed you, I'm not mad anymore, I just wished you would had told me about this, I could feel that you have changed someone or about to, who is it?"
"Brian," she nodded and we kissed again but a little longer

"I can tell you need more blood, you look pail," I nodded
"I do," she sniffed me, you fed from them

"Yeah," I kissed her again and it got very passionate and someone cleared their throat, I looked over and it was Brian and AJ and AJ was smiling at me

"We have our rooms now, Nick and AJ have separate rooms, you and I are sharing a room," said Brian handing me a key card

"Ok thanks," Leigh kissed me again and I got lost in the kiss, again Brian cleared his throat and I looked over and he had a hurry up look on his face
"You know I am his wife," Leigh said, and Brian put his hands up and walked away

"You didn't have to do that," I told her
"I need my time with you, I'm on the same floor as you also," she said looking at the key card

"Ok," I smiled at her as she looked ahead
"There waiting on you, and I can feel that Brian is ready to be changed," I looked over at them and they were all looking at me to hurry up

"I had other plans for us tonight, but I guess that will have to wait," she said and I sighed and she took my hand and we walked over to the guys, nothing was said as we walked to the elevator but AJ and Nick looked a little nervous, the elevator doors opened and we got in

"No need to be frightened of me, if I were to have done something to you both, I would have already, I'm still the same Leigh you've known, but now you know what I really am," Leigh said looking at Nick and AJ as their eyes went wide

"Leigh don't say that to them,"

"Why not they should know," she looked at me with fierce eyes

"Sorry," knowing that she could really cause some harm of her 12 years of being a Vampire, she has powers that she hasn't told me about yet, I'm sure

"You know what I did to your mind I could do to them," she said to me in my mind
"Please don't," I thought back but she did it anyway but more to their body than to their head, AJ and Nick both went down in pain all over their body

"What's going on?" asked Brian looking at them
"Stop this right now Leigh," as I went to AJ and Nick
"She's doing this?" asked Brian

"Yes," I told Brian trying to help them
"Why are you doing this to them?" asked Brian looking at her

"Brian don't," I told him trying hold them down from shaking but it wasn't working, they were in a lot of pain, that they couldn't talk or scream, but their eyes were open and starting to tear up, Brian got in her face, I quickly got up and tried to pull him away

"Stop this right now," Brian bared his fangs and so did she

"Shit please stop this Leigh, and Brian moved away from her," Brian looked at me with hurt in his eyes and moved away, Leigh looked at me and the guys were free of pain, Brian was at their side, I knew what coming next but it would be way worse than what she did to them but it didn't happen, I looked at her and she looked away and I quickly was at the guys side

"You two ok?" I asked them
"Not really, what happened?" asked Nick
"She did it, she can inflect pain," as I glared back at her

"Why?" asked AJ sitting up
"I don't know, trying to get back at me," as I continued to glare at her, I couldn't help but glare at her, and I should have known what would happen next, I was in so much pain I almost passed out

"STOP THIS RIGHT NOW, WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS, STOP IT," I yelled with my mind and she stopped, and I relaxed, as Brian was at my side
"You do not glare at me," she said, I got up and looked at her

"Fine," Finally our floor stopped at level 23 and we quickly got out of the elevator and AJ and Nick ran to their rooms and shut the doors, leaving Brian, Leigh and I in the hallway

"Sorry Hun, I shouldn't have cause all of this drama, I was just very upset you told them and that you changed Brian into Half Vampire, you should have told me, if you want to change the other guys, I wont be angry with you," I just looked at her

"I'm not planning on changing them, but Brian found out and wanted to be changed, thank you dear, I'm not mad at you either," I smiled at her and Brian gave me a weird look

"Are you two doing the telepathic thing?" asked Brian and I nodded
"Just be careful about doing the half Vampire change, it can cause a lot of problems, and don't leave them like that for to long, it will be chaos if you do,"
"Ok,"

"Its much easier if you just change them into full Vampire, I'm not really staying here, call me if your free," she started to walk away but I touched her hand and she looked at me and I kissed her, and soon I had her against the wall getting lost in the kiss and soon I felt her fangs as she started drinking from my neck.

I watched Howie and Leigh start to make out and they soon were against the wall as I looked away, I didn't want to leave afraid she might do something else bad to him, I then looked at them again she was drinking from him and he looked happy and soon she stopped and he started drinking from her,

I turned and started looking at a painting on the wall, I started to think it was my turn soon and I got nervous I looked at them and they were making out, I quickly knocked on Nick's door and he opened it a little and he saw it was me and he open the door wider, he saw the scared nervous look on my face

"Are you ok?" he asked me, I nodded no and he gestured with his head for me to come in
"So what's wrong?" he asked me, I just sat there not knowing what to say

"Where's Howie?" he asked again, and I sat there staring at the wall

"Brian please say something," said Nick, I completely shut down and went silent and continued to stare at the wall not moving

"Brian you’re scaring me now, what's wrong?" I asked him going to him, looking at his eyes and he was completely lost, I ran into the hall and saw Howie was making out with Leigh

"Howie something is wrong with Brian he's not responding,"

"What do you mean?" asked Howie running over to me
"He's I don't know, go look," Howie ran into my room, along with Leigh.

"He's in shock," said Leigh
"What why?" asked Howie
"He might just be scared about becoming one of us, that he just shut down,"

"Wow," said Howie sitting down and so did I, Leigh looked into Brian's eyes for a few minutes and he finally blinked

"Brian?" asked Howie
"He should be fine now," said Leigh
"Howie I'm....scared that's all," said Brian looking at Howie
"I know," Leigh headed for the door

"Wait," said Howie
"Yeah," said Leigh
"You’re leaving?" asked Howie
"Yes,"

"What if I need your help again?" asked Howie
"You wont, it will be fine," said Leigh, as she left out the door, Howie went after her
"Please stay," said Howie, she sighed and looked at him

"I'll be downstairs if you need me ok," she said
"Ok that makes me feel better," and she left, Howie walked back in Nick's room

"Ok thanks Nick for letting me know about him, Come on Brian let's go,"

"No let me stay here for an hour and then I'll come to our room," said Brian, Howie sighed

'No Brian we need to do this now, I'm sorry," Brian looked at Howie and then all the sudden Brian doubled over in pain, and Howie and I rushed over to him

"Brian we need to do this now, your in pain," said Howie

"Alright....lets...go," said Brian in pain as Howie helped him to the door, Howie and Brian got in the hall and AJ came out of his room,
"Everything ok?" asked AJ

"Yeah it’s fine now," said Howie, and AJ looked around
"She...left," said Brian
"Oh ok,"

'Something you need, I can tell by your look,"
"Um your about to do the change?"
"Yeah,"

"Can I watch?”Asked AJ, Howie's eyes went wide

"No you can't watch, this is a very private thing," said Howie
"Alright I get it," said AJ and he went back to his room, Howie sighed, and helped Brian to their room

I sat on the bed and looked at Howie and he sat next to me

"Ok so are you ready?" asked Howie
"No not really," I told him
"I need to change you tonight,"
"I know,"

"Do you want a few minutes then?" asked Howie
"Yeah I do,"

"Ok but stay in this room," I nodded and turned the TV on, my stomach was feeling a little better, Howie got up and locked the door

"That's so they don't get nosy and try and come in,” I turned back to the TV and watched it for a little bit.

"Brian it’s been 20 minutes, we need to start this," said Howie, I sighed and turned the TV off and Howie was at my side

"Is there going to be a lot of pain?" I asked Howie

"Not at first, but there will be after I change you, your body...," but I cut him off
"I don't want to know, just...do it,"

Howie got closer to me, his eyes changed to a dark blue and his fangs came out, I closed my eyes as I felt his sharp fangs puncher my neck, I heard him drinking my blood, and I started to feel a little lite headed, then the dizziness came then I felt very light and floaty almost, then I blacked out for a few minutes but still could feel what was going on around me, I felt Howie lie me back and then he pushed his wrist to me, I opened my eyes a little and saw his wrist, and grabbed it hungrily, and started drinking and closed my eyes as I drank Howie's blood till he yanked it away and I opened my eyes and he was holding his wrist and he was breathing hard, I sat up and looked at him

"Are you ok?" I asked him

"You wouldn't stop I had to yank my wrist away from you," All the sudden I couldn't keep my eyes open and I was in pain everywhere and I felt a weird sensation and then everything turned black.

Chapter 9

I opened my eyes and sat up in a little pain, I then realized I could see everything and looked around, I could read everything on the paintings on the walls without getting up and looking at it

 

"How are you?" asked Howie, I jumped a little and looked at him, I didn't even see him standing there against the wall

"Um I'm ok, I think," I told him still looking around

 

"Are you memorized with your Vampire vision?" asked Howie smiling, I nodded 

"How long have I been asleep?" I asked

 

"Only an hour, you might want to go back to sleep, there might be more pain," 

"How are the guys, have you talked to them?"

"No I haven't talked to them yet,"

"Can I see them?" I asked

"No not till you have feed, which will be tomorrow night, we don't or I don't feed during the day on humans only at night," said Howie

"Oh ok,"

 

"You can sip on Animal blood till then, and I got some more while you were asleep," I just nodded and felt very drowsy and my eyes wouldn't stay open again, and my head started pounding and everything went black again.

A knock was heard at the door

"Hey," said Nick

"I really want to know what's going on, you want to join me and find out?" asked AJ

 

"Last time I did that we found out they were Vampires," I told him

"Well I want to know," said AJ as he went to Howie's door and started knocking, I was quickly by AJ's side, Howie quickly opened the door and came out

"Yes shhhh, he's asleep,"

 

"Well how did it go?" asked AJ

'It went fine, he going to be in a lot of pain it comes and goes, and he's in and out of conciseness, that's normal, you can't see him till he feeds, that will be tomorrow night, he just woke up about 20 minutes ago and is asleep again," said Howie

 

"Can we see him since he's asleep?" asked AJ

"No you might wake him and he might attack you both," said Howie

"Oh ok then," I said and pulled AJ away

 

"What dude?" asked AJ

"I don't want to make Howie mad, just don't bother him anymore,"

"Alright fine," said AJ

I opened my eyes, something smelled good, I looked over at Howie sitting on the other bed watching TV drinking some blood, I slowly got up on all fours and Howie looked over at me smiled and then look a little frightened

 

"Are you ok?" asked Howie, I turned my head to the side

"Blood,"

"Oh I'll get you some," said Howie slowing getting up to not make any sudden movements, I felt strange like I wanted to hunt, I got up but my body was sore and aching, Howie turned around and stared at me

 

"Here you go Brian," I took the cup and gulped it down

"More," I handed him the cup back, Howie quickly filled the cup and I gulped it down

 

"Um Brian you need to get back in the bed, it’s about 12:30 am you need your rest,"

 

"More blood," Howie made more

"Ok Brian please lay down, your kind of scaring me," I looked at him and I felt something very strange within myself, and all the sudden he went flying a few feet and hit the floor

"Shit Brian what the hell," Howie quickly got his cell phone out, but someone was at the door, Howie quickly opened the door and it was Leigh

"Wait how?" asked Howie

"I felt in my mind, I am your maker, you really should use your Vampire powers more,"

"Gee thanks,"

"I didn't think about this, this isn't good," said Leigh looking at me

"What are you talking about?" asked Howie

"My blood is in your system, and now it’s in his, he might have some of my powers too, which isn't good for a new born Vampires,"

 

"Oh wow that isn't good, that's probably why I went flying a few feet and hit the floor,"

 

"He used his mind for that, hopefully it will be out of his system soon, he looks like he wants to attack," said Leigh as I just stared at her

"Looks like he's full Vampire mode, was I like that?"

"No, his body is still changing; it affects them in different ways,"

"He just saying one or two sentences," said Howie looking at me now, Leigh just nodded, all the sudden my eyes felt very heavy and I sat down, my body was aching all over and my head was pounding like before then everything went blank

 

"He's out again,"

"Yes hopefully for the night," said Leigh as she went over to him and pulled him up and put the covers on him,

"I guess I need to stay up just in case?"

"Yes you might need to do that,"

 

"Do you think it’s possible that he may be stronger than most Vampires, he did almost attack me when he was feeding from me?" I asked her

"That was only the hunger taking over, some half Vampire tend to want to attack, but don't, no I don't think he will be any different than his is now, I hope not at least," I just nodded and looked at him

 

"Good night, I will be around if you need me," she said, and gave me a quick kiss

"Bye,"

"You should really start using your powers more, you might even have more than you think, and you could have stopped me from doing the mind power on you,"

"I do use my powers,"

"Your super speed and your Vampire vision?"

"Maybe,"

"We need to work on that later," and she left after that.

Around 1:45am Brian woke up again

"Hey Howie, was I dreaming or was I acting oddly earlier?" 

"Yeah you were acting weird,"

"I wasn't thinking straight, but I wasn't acting normal I know that, did I throw you a few feet with my mind?" 

"Yes you did,"

"Whoa is that normal?" 

"No its not, you have Leigh's blood in your system too, I drank from her before I changed you," 
"Yeah I saw you do that," 

"How do you feel?" I asked him

"My head is pounding and I feel week and I'm all aching, I feel like I have the swine full all over again," 
"Don't worry you don't have swine full again, that's normal, you need to have your first feeding,"

 

"Why can't we just go do that now?" 

"Because you’re still changing, its not wise to do it yet, you might fall asleep in the middle of it," I smiled at him but he didn't think it was funny, he just shook his head at me

 

"I want to see the guys,"

"No I already to told you that can see them tomorrow night, and they have been by to see how you were,"

 

"Really but I feel that I can handle seeing them please, can you get them?" 
"No I’m not its 1:50 am Brian, they are probably asleep," I told him

"You know their not asleep," 

"Fine I'll call them," I got my phone and called AJ

 

"Hello everything ok?" asked AJ
"Yeah Brian wants to see both of you, call Nicky for me," 

"Ok bye," said AJ in rush 

 

"Are you happy now?" I asked Brian

"Yes thank you," there was a knock at the door, I quickly went to the door 

"Ok please stay close to me," I told them and they nodded as they walked in the room, Brian sat up and smiled at them

"Hey guys,"

"Hi Brian," AJ and Nick both said, and Brian looked at Nick and turned his head side ways

"Why is doing that again?" asked Nick

"I don't know," as I stood in front of Nick, Brian blinked and I moved back to where I was

 

"So how do you feel?" asked AJ

"I'm sore all over, but that's normal," said Brian 

"Oh ok," Brian was looking at Nick again, Nick got a dreamy look in his eyes

"Brian stop that now," as I stepped in front of Nick again and Brian looked at me

"Sorry I'm not really sure what I'm doing," 

 

"What did he do?" asked AJ

"Sometimes Vampires put their victims in a trance state, like I said before, but he shouldn't really be about to do that yet," I turned around to look at Nick and he still had that dreamy look to him, I sighed

 

"Brian please stop with the trance," I then looked at Brian who had the same look

"Why does Brian have that same dreamy look?" asked AJ

"I don't know," I got in front of Brian and clapped my hands and he looked at me and I turned and looked at Nick and he didn't have that dreamy look anymore either

 

"Howie why am I able to hear Brian in my head?" asked Nick, my eyes went wide as I looked at Nick.
