Nick woke up to the sound of soft really bad singing

he opened his eyes to see he was in a large room & that he was on a double bed the walls were made of stone he sat up & saw a young girl sitting there crying, shaking & softly singing but it was a different song now

so quote me wrong all day the only thing I'll do is laugh you write the script you know I'll play the part”

”Hey” Nick said softly not wanting to scare more then she already was
”Hi” she replied softly
”how long have you been here?” he asked gently
”don’t know. I woke up & you were already on the bed so I didn’t do anything but sit here & sing my favourite songs” she answered still shaking
Nick didn’t know why he did he did what he about to do but was glad he did.
Nick pulled her into his arms & held her as she cried after she was done she lifted her head from his chest
“Thanks” she whispered whipping away her tears
Nick smiled at her then noticed blood on her wrist as she raised her hand to wipe her drying eyes. Nick then noticed the thick metal band around her wrist, before realising he was handcuffed to her. The girl giggled quietly when she saw that Nick just noticed the handcuffs “you just noticed that?” she asked Nick looked at her “umm yea I guess I’m kinda slow at times” he said still looking at the handcuffs
Nick looked At the girls wrist “how’d you hurt you’re wrist?” he asked
She looked at it “I’m not sure…” she answered sounding confused “by the way I’m Anna”
”I’m Nick” Nick said
”oh so I was right after all” Anna said
”Right about what?” Nick asked wondering what she was talking about
Anna smiled “Well I’m guessing your tall you have blue eyes, blonde hair & a killer smile plus your hot which can only mean that your Nick Carter” she answered
”Ding, Ding, Ding your right” they heard a woman’s voice say “allow me to introduce myself my name is Abigail you can call me Abby I hope you two had a nice sleep cause the time has come” she said suddenly appearing from the dark
Anna looked at her “time for what?” she asked softly then Abby called to two guys into the room one guy unlocked the handcuffs & went to grabbed Anna but Nick got her first “you guys aren’t taking her anywhere without me” he said holding on to Anna tightly Abby smiled “but of course you are coming…We wouldn’t have it any other way” she said then the guys tired to grab Anna again “don’t think so” Nick said tighting his grip on Anna the guys looked at Abby she sighed “do whatever you have to” she said one guy punched Nick so hard so that he fell unconscious the other guy grabbed Anna & took her to something that they called the “torture chamber” when she arrived she saw Nick strapped to the wall by chains & little did she know all the pain that was in stored for her…

Anna was shaking badly then she looked over at Nick who was beginning to wake up she then was forced to lie on a table with the upper half of the body unsupported
Abby again just appeared from the dark she went over to Anna & asked her in a near whisper “I need you’re help….I need you to make Nick fall in love with me. Will you do that?”
Anna laughed “falling love with someone like you would be a death sentence” she said laughing then Abby slapped her across the face
Nick laughed a little when Anna said that then ended getting hit by a belt hard he screamed which made Anna jump
Abby called a guy over & whispered something in his ear then got her abdomen beaten afterwards they took Anna back to the other room & they came back let Nick down he fell to the floor & looked up at her
“I understand about you wanting to take me, but why the girl? Why her? Why did you bring her into this?” Nick asked wanting some answers
Abby smiled “I thought you could use some company” she answered “I don’t wanna hurt you but if you don’t do as I say then maybe I will have too”
Nick stood up “what do you want from me?” he asked
Abby grinned “I want you” she said running her finger up & down his chest
Nick pushed her away “don’t think so” he said
Abby was pissed now “fine be like that” she said as she called the 2 guys back over they chained Nick back up & they cut off the t-shirt he was wearing then she drove a knife in his back & decided to spell a name she smiled when she thought of one & craved the name “Anna” into his back he screamed as she did this then after she did that she whipped him as hard as she could she got an idea then got the 2 guys pour really cold water on Nick he breathed in deeply when that happened then she whipped him again but this it hurt 10x more cause of the water when she got tired she sent the guys to take Nick back to the other room & they did that then put the handcuffs Anna mumbled something the guy was to hit with the whip that he had in his but Nick threw himself on her so he ended up getting whipped instead of her
The guy just looked down at him confused “why’d you do that?” he asked
Anna gently pushed Nick off of her knowing he was weak he landed on the floor taking Anna down with him he laughed lightly “sorry” he said softly
Anna smiled at him “its okay” she answered smiling softly
the guy kicked Nick in the side “I asked you a question!” he said angrily
Nick looked up at him & glared “why do you think? I care about her, even though we just met she’s sweet, she’s nice… & I don’t want her to get hurt” he answered
The guy laughed & began beating on Nick Anna was just listening to it she couldn’t stand hearing it any longer so she climbed over Nick & laid in front of him
”awww looky here the little girl is protecting the backstreet boy” the guy said to the other guy after he finished beating Anna she laid there crying Nick wiped away her tears “sweetie you didn’t have to do that for me I could’ve taken the rest” he said softly
Anna smiled a little “I know but you protected me so it was my turn” she said with a laugh
Nick smiled then saw a look of pain come over her face “what’s wrong?” he asked getting a little worried
“it hurts to laugh” Anna answered sadly
Nick stood up & helping Anna up”that sucks but c’mon let’s try to get to the bed so we can sleep” he said as they walked slowly walked to the bed
Anna looked at Nick “why must the bed be so far?!” she asked trying not laugh but it failed
Nick laughed “well that’s a good question…. Cause I haven’t had the slightest clue” he said
after a few more minutes they got to the bed & collapsed on to it & fell asleep right away

One Month Later:

Anna & Nick were laying on the bed just staring at the ceiling still handcuffed when Nick turned to her
“I have an idea…” he said with that certain look in his eyes which usually means he’s up to something
Anna looked at him “what are you up to?” she asked
he smirked “well how about getting out of here?” he asked
Anna gave him a weird look “how?” she asked
Nick grinned “thru that window” he said pointing to a high up window
Anna was confused “how?... I mean how we going to get thru there its so high up & even we get up there how are we gonna break the window?” she asked
Nick smiled “smart girl… as you said you’re self I’m tall so I’ll put you on my shoulders & we’ll use a towel from the bathroom that’s in here” he answered
Anna smiled “what about the handcuffs?” she asked
Nick shook his head “you ask too many questions” he said
Anna grinned “I know I’m just trying to figure this out” she said
Nick gave her a smile “for the handcuffs part its gonna be a challenge but we’ll figure something out when the time comes” he answered her previous question
Anna smiled she had just one more question left for Nick “when is this plan you have gonna happen?” she asked
Nick grinned “tonight” he said grinning
Anna smiled “can’t wait” she said smiling happily
Nick smiled back “me either” he said


That Night…

It was now late & everyone was asleep expect Nick & Anna they came back from the bathroom with the towel in Anna’s hand Nick wrapped it around her hand tightly

Nick got down onto his knees “alright climb on” he said
Anna got onto Nick’s shoulders it was hard at first but they figured it out like Sherlock Homes & Watson
Anna punched the window & carefully climbed thru it then Nick jumped up & grabbed the side of the wall & carefully went thru it they ran quietly it wasn’t even 5 minutes yet before they got caught
“going somewhere blondie?” one of the guys asked
Nick gave him a sarcastic smile “yea, away from here” he answered
the guy punched Nick’s jaw so hard that he almost broke it but fortunately that wasn’t the case
& of course when Nick went down Anna went with him Nick got up & helping Anna back up
“c’mon” the guy said as he grabbed Anna really hard
“oww, not so hard” Anna said trying to get the guy to loosen the grip

After they were back inside the guy took them to see Abby she just looked at them trying to deicide what to do with them once she saw Nick grab Anna’s hand she was pissed but she just got an idea “James, can you please take the handcuffs off please?” Abby asked the guy who brought Nick & Anna back in James nodded & took them off Abby smiled when he did that Nick & Anna just stood there not saying a word “Jesse, please take Anna to the spare room” Abby said to the other guy that was in the room Anna was too afraid to say anything Nick was scared too, but he wasn't about to let the only girl, aside his mother and sisters, that ever gave a damn about him be taken from him he had to speak up before it was too late “Please, please, please don’t take her from me if you want me to survive I’ll do anything I need her in order to live thru this” Nick begged after he said survive he fell to his knees near tears but now that he was done saying what he had to say he was crying it wasn’t easy for him to let other people see him cry especially Anna they’ve grown very close in the last month & they both were very protective of each other but at this point Nick didn’t care he just needed Anna with him he had to stay sane & Anna was good at keeping him sane too but sadly it didn’t work Abby thought Nick was just saying that so he could protect Anna which was in a way true but he really couldn’t survive without her after the beatings he got he was always too weak to do stuff & Anna always took care of him & he did the exact same thing for her nothing more nothing less Abby looked down at Nick “well I don’t believe you & if it’s the truth then it sucks to be you” she said & ordered Jesse to take Anna to the spare room which he did & ordered James to take Nick back to the other room & as soon as he got there he broke down crying he was by himself which scared him so much what was he going to do now without Anna he had nothing to lose no one to protect him no one to care from him….how was he ever going to survive?

Anna sighed she was more scared then ever now cause she didn’t have Nick singing to her or doing something to make her feel better & she just got back from seeing Abby & the weird dudes that was Anna’s nickname for James & Jesse anyway lets not get sidetrack by talking about those 2 losers Abby did everything possible to make sure Anna & Nick wouldn’t be able to see each other their beatings & stuff have even been separate Anna hadn’t been able to sleep since she got separated from Nick maybe its cause of the stuff Abby gave me? Anna thought to herself she knew she should’ve said something when Abby said she had to go to another room she sighed again & wondered how Nick was doing

Nick just sat on the bed he once shared with Anna he just picked at the food he was given it’s been a week since he last eat & a week ago he had Anna with him protecting her making she safe & unharmed Nick was so freakin hungry but he forced himself not to eat not till he saw Anna again then James came in & grabbed him by the arm & dragged him off the bed to the torture chamber & once he got there he saw Anna on being guarded by some other guys the smile he once had when he saw her faded when he saw the side of her face it looked like well no other word to describe it but messed up tears came to Nicks eyes but he didn’t say anything
Abby came she sighed “you two just can’t keep starving yourselves I need you 2 to stay alive so please eat” she said
Anna laughed “you think just by just asking us to stop we will?” she asked Abby turned & looked at her “yes, I do” she answered
“I’m not eating anything till I get Anna back I’d rather starve to death then go thru this alone” Nick said angrily Anna smiled “same here” she said
Abby sighed “well I need you 2 to live so I guess I have no other choice…”
Anna grinned & interrupted her “damn straight!!” she said but by saying that she got a another hit

they were then lead back into the room without the handcuffs as soon as they were back into the room Anna jumped on Nick. Nick laughed, spun her around & put her down
“Handcuffs are evil” Anna said smiling & lying on the bed Nick laughed again “hell ya!” he said sighing & just looked at her “damn girl I missed you” he said smiling & he kissed her cheek he sat up & looked at her Anna looked up at him “Nicky…I wanna sleep but I can’t so…could you sing to me?” Anna asked with a hopeful smile Nick grinned “hell ya but lets get you inside the bed first” he said pulling up the covers & Anna & him both crawled in Nick pulled the blanket’s over them pulled her into his arms & started to sing softly:

Kevin sighed as he saw some fans—2 girls coming towards him & Kristen
“hi, are you Kevin Richardson from the backstreet boys?” the younger girl asked
Kevin smiled “yes…I am want an autograph?” he asked
the girls smiled “Yea that too we really wanna know if you guys know anything about Nick yet?” the older girl asked
Kevin sighed “no, we don’t we don’t know anything else than we first knew last month…sorry but the fans will be the first to know if we find out something try & not worry about Nick I’m sure he’s okay he wouldn’t want you guys worrying about him he’s tough” he answered
The girls smiled “we know but we can’t help it all of the backstreet fans are worried” the younger girl said
Kevin smiled “you guys can worry but not too much Nicky wouldn’t want his fans worrying too much”
The girls nodded got Kevin’s autograph & left
Kevin & Kristen left for AJ house where the rest of the guys were meeting up once there they were greeted with a big hug from Baylee
they sat down “so what’s this about you said something about finding Nick or something?” Kristen asked
AJ grinned “yea, they got a lead now it’s not a big lead but its something” he answered
the other guys grinned “now, what’s this something?” Brian asked anxious to find out
AJ sighed & threw what was found on the table is was Nicks his chain with the cross on it was in a little plastic bag
the guys looked down at it not knowing what to say then Howie spoke up “where’d they find it?” he asked “some deserted place they were checking in some abandon places & they found this along with this…” AJ answered then took a mint green hooded sweater & laid it on the table “this belongs to the girl that’s also been kidnapped they believe that she’s with Nick they don’t know for sure but that’s what they think” he said
Kristin looked up at him “how old is she? ...do they know?” she asked
AJ sighed & ran a hand through his hair “her parents say she’s 15”

AJ shook his head “I don’t know but let’s pray that we find these bastards soon” he said

The Next Day:

It was pretty early in the morning & Nick was already was already up but Anna was still asleep on his chest so he just laid there thinking about all the good times he had with his family & the guys just then the door busted open & they were guys yelling which made Anna wake up she lifted her head then one of the guys yelled out “clear” then both Nick & Anna got grabbed & before they knew it they were outside as soon the FBI let go of them Anna ran over to Nick & threw her arms around him Nick wrapped his arms around her picking her up & spinning her around in curricles then he saw a lot of cars pull out & park Nick put her down he got down on his knees to come face to face with her he kissed her cheek he looked into her eyes “I’m really gonna miss you” he said softly a small smile crept over her face “uh-uh I’m not letting you off that easy Carter” Anna said grinning
Nick laughed lightly “what are you up to?” he asked very curios as to what she meant that by statement she smiled leaded over & kissed his lips softly & to Nicks surprise he kissed back. after a few minutes he quickly pulled back coming back into reality then she heard her brothers voice say something & saw him with a video camera she grinned & ran over to her family then he heard her brother say
“You should sing something ya know in really bad singing voice” a huge grinned spread across her face & she decided to sing Moment Like This By Kelly Clarkson but only later then Nick walked down the steps & walked over to the guys & his family after he got all the hugs & kisses “what about me?” Baylee asked getting upset that he hadn’t gotten a hug from his favourite uncle Nick laughed “I was saving the best for last” he said taking Baylee from Leighanne’s arms Baylee wrapped his little arms around Nick & gave him a big wet kiss Nick giggled a little bit Baylee looked up at Nick & smiled “I love you” he said happily
then he heard Anna scream he head went up & looked over at her he saw that her brother had her arm twisted behind her back & it was her bad arm too during when of the beatings Abby did something to Anna’s arm they weren’t sure what but Nick was pretty sure it was broken he gave Baylee back to Leighanne & ran over to her. Her brother saw the pissed look on Nick’s face & let go of Anna & climbed back into the car Anna hugged Nick crying Nick wrapped his arms around her knowing that she was in pain & held her very close.
When they brought out Abby Nick held Anna even closer even though she was in handcuffs but Nick still felt the need to protect her after everything they been through after Abby was put in the police car Nick let go of Anna he kissed the top of her head & whispered in her ear she giggled “I’m gonna go talk to your parents let them know about your arm” he said she nodded & then noticed her 2 best friends Morgan – who was her best friend from back home & her other best friend Rachael from the U.K. after hugging & little chit-chat Rachael spoke up “so tell me what was it like to be with our little Nicky?” she asked Anna giggled “you have to remember I’m only 15…we can’t” she said laughing
Morgan shook her head “Annie you gotta listen she never said that” she said
then she saw Nick coming over with Aaron & they all talked a little bit about what’s happened to Nick & Anna but were soon interrupted by the police wanting to ask them questions

Later that evening…
The Carters & the Ryan’s (Anna’s last name) were at a private restaurant called Montana’s Anna was talking with her friend’s ignoring everyone else till her brother called her name Anna ignored him & continued talking to her friends then Jared (the brother) yelled her name Anna sighed “what?” she asked annoyed “ummm you gotta sing that song now go up to the mic. & sing it!” he said Anna sighed “as you wish” she said grinning her family & friends knew she had a bad voice but that all changed when she met Nick the music started a few seconds later Anna started to sing:

Nick just sat there grinning Aaron leaned over to his brother “you like her don’t you?” he whispered into his brothers ear.

Along with my email so email me for your coming” she said then Anna came over
“ANNIE!” Morgan said hugging her
Anna laughed “leave Nicky alone” Anna said Morgan looked at Anna then at Nick “No!…Must…hurt…backstreet boy” she said trying to hit him but Anna caught her arm “don’t even try & hurt him”
Morgan pouted
“Pout all you want you but you a are not gonna hurt my Nicky!” Anna said then heard her mother call for her so she called back by saying that she'll be there in a few mintues
Upon hearing that Aaron decided that Nick & Anna needed some ‘alone time’ so he grabbed Morgan by the arm “c’mon I’ll show you something cool” he said dragging her no matter how much she protested
Anna giggled watching him then Anna turned her attention to Nick she looked up at him “hug?” she asked Nick grinned & hugged her then picked her spinning her around Anna let out a slight scream & a burst of giggles “she looked up at Nick & smiled my parents got me my own hotel room but Rach & Morgy share a room & I’ll be by myself I don’t wanna be on my own” she said softly “….so would you stay with me in my room instead of your brother?...please?” she asked Nick smiled “hell ya” he said Anna grinned “good” she said

The Following Morning:
Anna woke up to find Nick watching her “hey” she said softly lifting her head from his chest
“hey” he said looking down at her trying not to do anything stupid “how’s the arm feeling?” he asked Anna moved up & sat beside him “it’s okay I guess…you never signed my cast though” she said sadly he smiled at her & grabbed a marker & wrote ‘Annabelle, I love you more than you’ll ever know’ then Anna looked at what he wrote she grinned & leaned over & kissed him deeply then quickly left to get a shower.
Soon enough it was time for breakfast & Nick & Anna were heading down to the elevator once there Anna saw Jared with a video camera “let me see that” she said he handed it to her then Anna saw Aaron she smiled & zoomed up on his face he noticed this & stuck his tongue out making Anna giggle then she turned to Nick “Nicky…sing something” Anna said he smiled & started to sing…

Anna shook her head “I gotta get this on tape” she said softly & ran over to her brother quietly & quickly once she got there she found him talking to Nick weird she thought but decided to not let it get to her & turned to her brother “I need the camera” she said quickly he looked at her weirdly & asked “why do you need it?” he asked Anna grinned “cause morgy’s flirting with Aaron & I wanna get it on tape” she answered Jared’s eyes winded “I thought she despises him or something” he said Anna shrugged “I thought she did…now gimme before its too late” she said with a grin her brother sighed & headed over the camera to her Anna smiled “thanks” she said & then quickly but quietly ran over to where Rachael was waiting & they filmed a lot of it then went back over to find Nick & the guys goofing off they were singing We Are The Champions by Queen she giggled & started filming it

Everyone was now eating when the cell phone that Nick bought Anna rang she looked at the caller ID it said “Vanessa” Anna sighed & answered it “yes?” she said with a smirk

Anna stood in front of Nick with tears in her eyes he was yelling at her for keeping secrets it’s not her fault that she couldn’t tell him that her dad beat the crap out of her every night and that her mom knew and never cared she had been getting nightmares about it Nick noticed this and would ask what it was about Anna never said a word about it.
After he stopped Anna looked up at up at him “you done now?” she asked

Nick sighed and ran his fingers through his hair “I understand that but there’s more I don’t know what it is but there’s something you’re not telling me” he said he looked at his little brother who’s been witnessing the fight
Aaron held up his hands in defence “hey man, don’t bring me into this I’m just listening but just hurry up and finish the fight before it gets too late to play basketball” he said
Anna smiled at Aaron “then you’re in luck cause we’re done” she said as she grabbed her coat then left
Nick looked at Aaron “sorry man, but I’m too pissed to play maybe tomorrow” he said as he left for walk

Aaron walked up to Anna’s house he was worried about her about her after seeing the fight she had with his brother he rang the doorbell and smiled when she opened the door “hey” he said Anna smiled “hey” she said as she stepped aside to let him in
They went down to her room Aaron saw the big comfy chair in her room both of them went for it but he got there first he sat down with a slim smirk on his face Anna laughed and sat on the floor
Anna looked up at him “so tell me, why are you here with me instead of being with your brother?” she asked
Aaron smiled “well....you see Nick was too pissed to play and well after a while of being bored and nothing good on TV I came here to check on you to see if you were okay” he said
Anna smiled “you don’t need to worry...really.....I’m fine” she said praying that would be enough to convince him please, please, please let this convince him that I’m okay when I’m really not she thought to herself
Aaron stood up and sat beside her “you sure about that?” he asked “cause you just so you know you can tell me anything and It’ll stay between us I won’t tell anyone I promise” he said trying to get her to open up to him a bit more
Anna smiled up at him “I know” she said then went on thinking ‘but can I really trust you with my secret? And trust that you won’t tell anyone?’
Aaron took a hold on her hand “I swear I won’t tell a single living soul......or a dead one for that matter” he said with a laugh
Anna started giggling “good” she said

Anna smiled “yep” she said she was now having fun with this but I may not have to live with it anymore if I do what needs to be done to release me from this nightmare of a life she thought to herself

Anna sighed and began to explain “when I was around 10 when my dad got this new job but umm with that job came a lot stress and with all of the stress he umm got uh rid of it by taking it out on me so in other words he beats the crap out of me every night” Aaron just sat there not believing he was hearing

Many scars and bruises a lot of the scars were thin, faded pink by time the scars lined her back harshly, all of the scars overlapped almost all scars were thin but there was many that were thick, elevated and very red due to it healing accompanied by yellowing, purpling, and blueing, bruises of due to recent attacks. Aaron ran his fingers over the scars disbelieving that all this awful stuff happening to such a sweet girl he wrapped his arms around her from behind just holding onto her with all of his strength

Then the door open Aaron’s and Anna’s head turned only to see Nick standing in the door way he turned on the light when he saw his little brother holding his topless girlfriend in what looked like from his angle a tight embrace tears sprung to his eyes “why?” he asked “why did you have to do this to me? What did I do to deserve this? I came here to apologize for acting the way I did earlier and what do I get when I come here? This, This is what I get him holding you when it should be me instead” Nick said as his voice broke which made Anna sob “Nick listen,—“she started to say as he started to leave Nick stopped at the stairs he shook his head and waited for her to come out she quickly put her shirt on and screamed when she hit one of her bruises when she came out with Aaron behind her she saw Nick sitting on the steps with his head down he raised his head when he noticed her “no you listen to me, I came here this late at night to tell you that I’m sorry that I’m sorry for yelling at you I’m sorry for the fight we had and I really am cause maybe if never had that fight you’d be with me in my arms instead of my little brothers all I’d like to know is why, why did you have to do this to me?” he asked Aaron sighed “look Nick this isn’t what you think we were just talking” Aaron tried to tell his older brother Nick laughed “right, and I’m Santa Claus it didn’t look like talking to me. To me I saw my little brother who I love holding my girlfriend” he said as tears came down his cheeks which made a sobbing Anna sob even harder “well? You guys gonna tell me or do I have to guess?” he asked after what seemed forever Nick spoke up “guess not” he said he got up and left thru the back door

Anna woke up looked around then started remembering the events of the pervious night she rolled over onto her other side and that’s when she saw Aaron sleeping in her big chair she smiled and got up she went over to him she saw one of her blankets on the floor she picked it up and put it over Aaron she then went to the bathroom to get a shower once there she let the hot water run down his aching body after she was done she went into her room with her towel since she forgot to bring clothes into the bathroom with her when she entered she saw Aaron awake and waiting for her Anna smiled at him “I’m surprised you spent the night but uhmm why did you?” she asked curious Aaron smiled back as he yawned “well umm I uh thought you might want some company just thought you could use someone to wake up to in the morning besides your father” he answered Anna grinned “thanks” she said then suddenly felt hungry “hey, you hungry?” she asked Aaron nodded “yea really hungry but umm I think you should get dressed first” he said feeling a little uneasy that she was wearing nothing but a towel Anna giggled “right I’ll get dressed, so close your eyes” Anna said with a smile Aaron smiled and did as he was told and closed his eyes.


Nick sighed when he woke up and remembering the night before “why would he do this to me?” he asked himself out loud he looked around just feeling drained and empty then turned on the radio and cried as his heart broke into a thousand tiny pieces. He listened as he cried

Nick laid there sobbing hard as his heart broke he sighed as he thought out loud “you broke my heart into a thousand tiny pieces... but each and every one of those pieces still loves you, and I really don’t know why”

After Anna had stopped crying Aaron made her lay on her bed on her tummy topless so he could take care of the bruises he got some cream he sat on top on her he looked down her “you okay?” he asked Anna sighed heavily “I’ll be okay don’t worry about me” she said Aaron smiled at her “not worry? Sorry baby but that’s impossible” he said leaning down and kissing her cheek which made Anna smiled “thanks” she said Aaron grinned “anytime” he said when they heard something she looked over to the door and that’s where she saw Morgan who had tears in her eyes “why?” she asked Anna quickly put her shirt on “its not what it looks like Aaron was just...” she started to say but thought of something that made her stop if I tell her that Aaron was only fixing up my buries then she’ll force me to tell her how I got them....she has enough of her own problems she doesn’t need mine too....it’s for the best...isn’t it?
She looked up at Aaron he looked down at her knowing what she was thinking he sighed and listened to Morgan call Anna and him all of these names he didn’t like it but he knew he had to keep his mouth shut.

About 2 hours after she was gone Anna’s dad Tom came into the room both Anna and Aaron looked up Anna moved closer to Aaron out of fear of her father
Tom noticed Aaron “get out” he said coldly Aaron shook his head no “hell no.....I’m not letting you...hurt her....not this time” he said as his voice trembled from fear he didn’t know why he was afraid nothing’s even happened to him. Yet anyway Tom laughed “oh really? You think you can stop me? I think not” he said as he kicked Aaron in the side Anna winced at the sound of Aaron’s scream but got up and bravely spoke to her father “dad, please, please, please, don’t hurt him he was only trying to protect me” she said as she started to cry Tom chuckled and slapped her “stop you’re crying!” he said yelled at her Aaron saw this and got up and punched him but Tom quickly got back up he threw Aaron to the ground started kicking him then kicked him between the legs and look around the room for something to hit him with he then spotted a metal bar that he used last time to beat Anna he smiled to himself and grabbed it Aaron saw the metal bar in Tom hands he backed up
“Lay down and stay still or I’ll smash you’re face in!” he said angrily hold the bar in his hands Aaron laid down and the second he did he cried out in pain
Anna watched in horror as her dad beat the living crap out of Aaron with the metal bar every time Aaron would scream Anna would jump.

By the time Anna’s was done Aaron was passed out from the pain Anna crawled over to him Tom smiled and turned on Anna’s stereo he turned it to track 3

Nick was laying there thinking about what he saw 2 weeks ago he kept thinking there had to be a reason. Something that was unknown to him. Nick sat down and stared at the floor.

It took a while for Nick to speak “where is she now?” he asked Aaron looked over at the clock and saw that it read 2:40pm “at school I’m actually late to pick her up....you can stay here and let everything sink in I’ll bring her back here” he answered Nick nodded “okay” he said softly

Aaron drove up at the school to see Anna leaning against a tree she walked up and got in the car Aaron smiled as he drove off
“So you have a good day?” he asked Anna smiled “yep...I got 90 on my English paper” she said with a huge grin on her face Aaron grinned “yea! I knew you could do it if you really tried” he said trying to figure out how to tell her that he told her secret.
Once they got to the hotel and they were on their way up Aaron decided to just say it “I told” he said bluntly Anna’s head went up “you what?” she asked as the elevators’ doors opened they walked out into the hallway Aaron stopped walking and looked at her “I told....I told my brother he’s in a lot of shock right now I hope he’s okay but you gotta talk to him we have talk to him” he said Anna was about to say something when her cell phone rang she looked at the caller ID and it read “Jason Hawk”
She smiled “hey” she said
Jason smiled “hey you are coming to our concert tonight right? Cause I have something for you”
Anna grinned “I wish but my dad refused to give me money in order to go and I don’t have a job so I’m broke sorry” she said
Jason thought for a moment “no need for a ticket I could tell them....well I’ll think of something....just be there at the front doors and I promise you that you will have you’re ticket” he said

Jason smiled and shook his head she always has something to say “well my mom and dad can pick you up you know that they will since they love you so very much” he said praying that, that would be enough to convince her

Aaron nodded as he swiped the card through “okay....now go easy on him....this is a lot for him or anyone for that matter to take in” he said as he walked in with Anna behind him they saw Nick sitting on the bed staring at the floor
Anna walked over to him “Nicky?” she said softly
Nick’s head went up the second he heard her voice he ran to her and hugged her tightly and pick her up from the ground just not wanting to let go. Anna wrapped her arms around his neck as tight as she could she then felt wetness on her neck and realized that it was that Nick was crying “shh don’t worry everything’s gonna be fine” she soothed she then heard her ringtone go off she smiled a little when she heard some of California play Aaron decided to answer it seeing that Nick wouldn’t let go of Anna after a few more minutes Nick put her down Anna grinned up at him “I thought you’d never put me down" Nick smiled and kissed her deeply “I love you so much” he said after the kiss was over Anna smiled “I love you too.” she said
Nick sat on the floor pulling her down with him she sat on his lap he wrapped his arms around her tightly “Aaron come here.” he said Aaron walked over to them and sat down with them. “you guys have to tell the police if you don’t then I will I will not allow this to happen anymore!” he said firmly
Anna shook her head “no, that can’t happen.” she said
Nick rested his chin on top of her head “why? I just want you to be safe...both you and my brother.” he said
Anna sighed and looked at Aaron “you tell him.”
Aaron took a deep breath “we can’t get away he threaten to have you and our whole family killed and believe me he was serious he’s already tried to kill Angel when we didn’t believe him....I don’t want to take the risk of having my best friend killed just cause we didn’t believe him he’s already tried and I just don’t want anything to happen to our family we’ve been through enough.” he said with tears in his eyes.
Nick sighed as he tightened grip on Anna “but we just can’t leave her there” he said worried
Aaron didn’t say anything at first but after a few very long seconds he spoke “yea well it’s not her who’s at that bas---I mean at that man mercy it’s me I’m getting all the beatings now, not her.”
Nick nodded “but what happens if he decides to go back on the deal? And hurts her again?! I’m sorry bro but I will not let either of go back there!” he said trying to keep his angry under control but so far it wasn’t working how could he anyway? After finding out that his girlfriend’s father used to hit her but now beats the crap out of his little brother every night instead of her.

That Night

Anna was sitting on the tables after the concert was over waiting for ‘her’ Hawk Nelson boys to come out for a signing she was first in line too while she was waiting she was listening to music and once she heard...

Anna nodded but still rubbing her poor head “I’m fine, you guys just scared me. That’s all”
Jason laughed softly “yea I can see that but I guess that’s what happens when you get into your music and you don’t pay attention” he said with a smirk
Anna nodded “yea I guess that what happens. I’m just glad Aaron’s diskman is okay”
Jason smiled “good! Now what do we sign?” he asked
Anna giggled “um, my poster!” she said with a smile
After it was signed she looked at it and smiled when she saw that Jason wrote ‘Jason Dunn Hearts his Annabella!’
Anna giggled and grinned at what she read. She felt so happy but little did she know once her father found out that Nick knew that there would be hell to pay....

60 Days - Chapter 16

Anna sat on the step outside of the concert building waiting for Nick to show up she was freezing mostly cause she forgot to bring a coat and it was beginning to snow she was so cold she was shaking and people didn’t seem to care that is until she felt something warm go around her she looked up and saw Jason she smiled “thanks” she said he sat down beside her “so why you waiting out here in the cold?” he asked Anna shrugged “don’t know...I didn’t think it was that cold out here” she said Jason shook his head “girl, its winter and its like 12am so of course it’ll be freezing!” he said with a smirk Anna giggled “aren’t you going to be cold now that I have your sweater?” she asked Jason smiled “well just a little” he said Anna looked at him “just a little?” she asked as she laughed Jason shook his head “okay a lot. But you need more than I do and besides if I’m cold I could always cuddle with my Annabella” he side wrapping his arms around her Anna sighed “I wish Nick would get here soon I’m cold and I’m so tired” she said sleepily and cuddled into Jason more and ended up falling asleep

A few minutes later Nick drove up he got out and saw some guy holding his girlfriend he felt so Jealous he went up to the guy “who the hell are you!? And why the hell are you holding my girlfriend in your arms?!” he asked trying to stay calm but again it wasn’t working
Jason looked up at Nick “well I’m Jason and the reason I’m holding you’re girlfriend in my arms is cause she was cold and once you leave you’re not allowed back in so I wanted to keep her warm that’s why” he explained calmly
Anna woke up when she heard something she looked up and saw Nick she smiled “hey” she said softly
Nick smiled and helped her up “you look really tired” he said
Anna yawned “yea well it’s been a long and lonely night and I wanna sleep!” she said with a smile
Jason burst laughing which made Anna laugh Nick just looked at him “how is that funny?!” he asked

Nick nodded “okay, well um thanks for staying with her” he said then got in the car Anna hugged Jason and left with Nick

Once back to the hotel she climbed into the bed next to Nick and fell asleep

Nick and Anna woke up to loud banging on the door Nick groaned and opened the door only to find his brother who looked like he’d been crying
Nick rubbed his eyes “bro, what’s wrong?” he asked concerned
Aaron took a deep breath “dude, its BJ and Angel...they....they were....shot” he said slowly not wanting to believe that his twin sister and his older sis got shot
Nick eyes widened not saying anything
Aaron nodded “all I know is that they got shot nothing else...come with me....I don’t wanna go there alone” he said softly
Nick went over to Anna to check to see if she was wake he saw that she wasn’t so he got dressed left a note for her and left with Aaron

Anna sat up when she heard the door closed she’d been awake just listening to what the brothers were talking about she climbed out of bed and went to the phone and dialled Jason’s cell number
“Hello?” answered a sleepy Jason
Anna smiled “Hey...can you come over to the hotel? The floor numbers 10 and the room number is 1007” she said with a hopeful smile
He groaned and looked at the clock that read 8:10pm might as well get up now he thought “sure...I’ll be right over” he said as he yawned and hung up

Once Jason got there he saw a bodyguard that wouldn’t let him by till Anna came to the door
She smiled at Jason “hey its okay I called him I just didn’t wanna be alone” Anna half lied
The bodyguard stepped aside and Jason walked in and looked at her “you better have a good reason for waking me up” he said as he kicked off his shoes and laid down on the bed Anna climbed on and sat in front
She looked down at him “can I tell you a secret?” she asked like she was only little kid sharing secrets with her closest friend
He sat up “yea...why? You got one?” he asked with a smirk
But that soon faded once Anna told him “he does what?!” he yelled jumping up and making Anna jump which made the bodyguard come in they just lied saying that Jason banged his knee against the bed side table so he left
He sat down on the bed “Nick and Aaron already know...but he doesn’t hit me anymore only because Aaron made a deal with him I have no idea how he did it but he sat down with my father and offered to take all the beatings for me so then my dad said ‘well then would she take your beatings? Just a switch around?’ so then Aaron’s like ‘hell no I’ll take my own beatings too which means I’ll take mine and hers’ he agreed to it but only on 2 concision’s which were if you were ever to tell another living soul one or more family member of Aaron’s family would die and that I had to watch Aaron take the beatings for me and now Angel Aaron’s twin sister and BJ his older sister have been shot they don’t if they’re going to be okay or not” she explained
Jason just sat there feeling numb but spoke after a few minutes “then why did you tell me if someone is going to die cause of that?” he asked very calmly
Anna smiled at him “I told you cause my dad loves you like another son he would never do anything to hurt you or you’re family if you know or not I told this cause he told me and that I know he would not lie about I can tell when he’s lying he doesn’t care if he knows or not” she answered as her smile faded as she looked back down
Jason smiled at her “everything is gonna be okay where is your dad now?” he asked
“On a business trip half way around the world why?” she asked
Jason grinned “because I have a plan” he answered

Chapter 17

Anna’s eye’s lit up “really? What is it?” she asked wanting to know what her friend has planned
Jason smiled “well first how long is he gone for?” he asked
“3 weeks....why?” she asked
Jason grinned “well how’d you like to live me?” he asked
Anna grinned “really? You’d let me live with you?” she asked disbelieving
Jason nodded “I’d do anything for you you’re really sweet and super kind and even after everything you’ve been through you’re still happy sweet kind selfless always putting others before yourself” he answered making Anna blush
Jason laughed and smiled “c’mon let’s go to you’re house and pack most of you’re stuff” he said getting up from the bed and holding out his hand for her
Anna smiled and took it “only one thing I can’t leave Nick and Aaron are very, very protective of me more so now that they know about my father” she said sadly
Jason sat back down and wrapped an arm around her “don’t worry it’ll be alright I promise you that nothing gonna keep from taking you back to L.A. with me no I vow I will make sure nothing gets in my way” he said very determinedly
Anna smiled softly “why though? You don’t even know me I met you when you came to my school yes we became friends but the point is why let me live with you when you barley know me?” she asked
Jason looked down at her “well I said this before and I’ll say it again at least I think I’ve already said it but that doesn’t matter! You’re very sweet, kind, really stubborn but that’s okay because I am too, you’re so selfless and that’s why I wanna help you” he said with a warm smile
Anna grinned “really?” she asked not believing him
Jason nodded “yea, really” he said
Anna blushed...again “thank you” she said softly
Jason got up again and held out his hand “ready now?” he asked smiling

At Anna’s House

As they packed they listened to music Anna wanted to listen to Good Charlotte but Jason protested saying that he’d rather listen to lamb chops than Good Charlotte but Anna augured with him having not listen to GC in ages but sadly she didn’t win the fight but they agreed to listen to Falling Up after the packing they ordered pizza and listened to music till Anna pulled out a CD and put it into the stereo he didn’t think anything of it till he heard

Jason quickly went on the hunt for the controller for the stereo he didn’t want to listen to the most annoying song that ever existed while he was doing this he could hear Anna splitting her sides laughing then she saw Nick and Aaron standing at door so she took the controller out of from inside her shirt and paused the song Jason quickly went over to her and grabbed the controller “just for that your not in charge of the music we listen to on the way” he said
Anna stood up “okay I don’t care...but you’re the one who said he’d rather listen to lamb chops then Good Charlotte or anything else I like well other for Falling Up and Hawk Nelson” she said
Jason shook his head “just because I said doesn’t mean that I mean it!” he said in defence
Anna laughed “oh really? So you don’t mean anything you say? So I should never believe anything you ever say?” she asked
Jason thought for a minute “well no but umm...” he stumbled on his words having no idea what to say
Anna shook her head and went to see Nick and Aaron
“How’s Angel and BJ?” she asked
Nick smiled down at her “they’re gonna be fine but umm why are you even here?” he asked
Anna grinned “well that’s cause I told Jason about my dad and he offered to let me live with him” she answered “so we were packing up my stuff he’ll buy me more things once we get to L.A.” she added
Nick nodded “I see, so you know you could live with me and not him...” he said trying to remain calm
Anna shook her head “as along as you’re my boyfriend I can’t live with you because it’s in my religion to never live with like a boyfriend or fiancé before marriage so to me it’s wrong....you understand right?” she asked
Nick smiled and nodded “of course I understand I just don’t like it---“he started to say
Anna smirked “well then Carter, you’re gonna have to learn to like it I’m only friends with Jason and that’s all I’m ever gonna be and besides he’s not my type” she said as she kissed him Nick kissed back deeply making the other 2 guys in the room very uncomfortable till Aaron spoke up “that I think that that’s our cue to leave don’t you?” he asked
Jason nodded “yea I think so” he agreed leaving right behind Aaron but realized that he still had the stereo controller in his hand he smirked turned the volume up really high and hit play
Nick and Anna were too busy ‘kissing’ to see what Jason was up to but jumped apart when the music blasted through Anna’s room Nick quickly turned down the music to a bearable level
He stood there and listened as Anna went to find Jason to get the controller back she would’ve just hit the buttons on the stereo to stop it or at least turn it off but her father wrecked it so that she’d have to do by the controller the only you can do is turn up and down the volume without the controller on the stereo

After getting the controller back Anna looked around for Nick then saw him sitting on the bed she smiled she was about to turn it off when she heard her all time favourite song which was Crazy Beautiful By Ashley Parker Angel come on so she left it she walked over to Nick and sat beside him she knew what he wanted but she just decided to just sat there and stare at him Nick shook his head and laughed softly knowing exactly what she was planning but jolted forward and kissed her deeply she lost her balance and fell back with Nick on top of her they both giggled like crazy but soon went back to making out

After about 3 hours of making out they finally deiceded to stop Anna laid her head on Nick's chest she sighed as she just laid there and played with his shirt
Nick looked down at her "anything wrong?" he asked as he played with her hair
Anna smiled and shook her head 'no' "no nothings wrong its just this feels like a dream some how i mean i have everything i ever wanted it just its hard to believe cause of everythings that happened to us like when we were held by that crazy fan i still have nightmares about that what if she gets out and comes after us again?" she asked
Nick sat up and sat cross-legged then pulled her up into his lap he wrapped his arms around her tightly and kissed the top of her head "she'll never get out last i heard she was sent for life so don't worry so much and besides i'll always be here to protect you" he said kissing her shoulder then resting his chin on it
Anna smiled "really? like you're always be here to protect me even if my father comes after me?" she asked looking up at him
He looked down at her "yea i'll always protect you fovever i'll protect you for all time even if your father comes after you i will protect you more i'll have sercuity with you 24/7 don't worry so much baby.....ya know its not good for you either" he said the last part with a smirk which made Anna giggle
Nick's smirk grew bigger then started to tickle Anna like crazy she bursted out with giggles and laughs "...stop....please......i'll do.... i'll do anything!" she pleaded
Nick still smirking "tell me what i love to hear then i'll stop" he said not letting her get off so easy
Still giggling Anna manged to say "....okay.....I LOVE YOU!!!"
Nick grinned "good, Now thats what I love to hear" he said then kissed the back of her neck
