I really enjoyed that chapter...for some reason it really stuck with me even though I read it last night I had to reread it. Great job!

Hi! I'm so glad you liked it...at first I wasn't too fond of the whole premise for this chapter but as I started writing and it started developing, I liked it more and more. I think there is something very unique about it - we are really seeing a side of Quinn that we haven't seen, her vulnerability when it comes to Nick specifically. Another great chapter. So, I'm a little worried that Morgan didn't tell anyone the entire truth about what happened with Andrew. If he shows up and does something again the fact that she didn't mention this might be suspicious...or something. I can't find the right word. Anyways, I'm glad her family is happy that she's happy but I still don't know how they'll actually react to meeting him-and I want to know so update soon! Oh, and I'm having wrist surgery tomorrow so a timely update would be GREAT lol :)

Thank you so much! Yeah, that's a little concerning that she kept it to herself. She didn't want to cause any trouble, but if it were me I'd be yelling it outloud. And I totally get what you're trying to say and yeah, that's a very good point.
Her family is so happy she's happy and I can see them being a little wary about him, but they know their daughter has a good head on her shoulders and they trust her judgement. I'm gonna keep updating as fast as I can for you guys. You're so awesome for leaving some good feedback and I appreciate it so much! :) Thanks!
Okay, that was great. They are so comfortable together and with Morgan's friends. It was good to see that Alex fit right in with Anna and Greg. And I totally understand why Morgan is more hesitant to have a double date with Dianna because they are so close. Also, the fact that she has to pick up his mother alone is definitely something that someone would be nervous about, but she's doing the right thing. Poor Bernie, that still makes me sad! You have to make sure he gets healthy because my dog's sick and I don't want Bernie to be sick. Anyways, I'm excited to see what will happen with Alex's mom, and whether or not we'll hear from Andrew again.

Wow, I got behind on this story a bit. But I think this chapter set a lot of things up for future chapters. I'm really looking forward to the double date and Morgan meeting AJ's mom. I'm sure AJ's mom will like Morgan but I hope they have some moments or conversations between just Morgan and his mom.

I want to know what he means by they're not done talking again too! What the hell? I would be pretty done with him if he had done that to me. And I think Alex needs to meet Morgan's family and prove that he is a good guy. In addition to his appearance being a problem, her family might resent him for taking Morgan away all night and feel like he's a bad influence on her. They could feel like she should have been around her family (and Andrew) that night and that she shouldn't have stayed out all night. Update again soon. I can't wait!

But there's gonna be some interesting stuff going down, so you'll definitely have to stick around and find out. And I'm so with you there on Alex showing her family how wonderful of a person he is. And I never thought about what you pointed out with her family resenting him. That's a really good thought ...let's hope they can rise about their own issues and handle meeting him like grown adults. Over the past few days I've read all the chapters you've written so far and I love it! I haven't been reading much fan fiction recently, but this really got me back into it.
As a writer myself I really respect how much detail you put into this story. It adds a lot to Morgan's character.
And I think Alex needs to like come or something...Andrew can just not screw that up!

That was so good! I was really worried that Morgan wasn't going to admit how she felt to Alex...and herself. I hope things go well with Andrew, but I have a feeling he'll be hurt. But at least the whole situation made Morgan confront her feelings. Can't wait for more!!!

Another great chapter! I'm glad the family was accepting of him, but it was also understandable that Morgan's brother had his doubts. I hope that AJ can prove himself to her entire family. Their relationship has been progressing quickly, but happily which is good to see. I was glad AJ told her about his addictions because it was a big part of his life and he needs to be open with her. Well, I'm off to write my own story...update soon! (I'll try and take my own advice...damn writer's block)

Thank you so much! And yeah, her family just wants to see her happy so they'll be accepting of him until he does something to cause mistrust or to hurt her. And yeah, Grayson's the big brother... gotta be a little wary of who his baby sister dates. And I agree, their relationship is progressing quickly, but sometimes you just meed someone who fits into your life and fills this space inside of you. But we'll have to see how it continues to pan out.
And yes, he felt it was about time he told her about his addictions, so now she'll be able to help him if he starts struggling or having issues of his own. I'm so glad you brought that up. Another great chapter!! The funeral was well written and beautiful. It was good that Alex was able to help her see that she needed to grieve with her family. Also, I really hope her parents do come out to see her and Alex in CA because they need to see their daughter in her new life. Can't wait for another update!

That was a great chapter. I was glad Morgan and Alex went back to California so she could get back into her normal life. Everything seems to be falling into place, but in reality (and fan fiction usually) that's when things start to go wrong. I'm a little weirded out by Andrew. I'm not sure if he's lying about Lana to convince Morgan he's past it or if he's really moved on. I'm cynical though so hopefully I'm wrong. And I hope Bernie keeps getting better!!

Another great chapter! I thought it was a bit fast for them to be moving in together considering what Morgan has been through in the past. Although, I thought it was odd that Morgan didn't tell the police about the run in with AJ's fan. I feel like that's a pretty important thing not to mention. Also, this is random, but are you from Connecticut? Because I am and I've recognized a lot of stuff LOL.
Author's Response: First, lemme say thank you so much for this review. I like that you bring in some really valid thoughts and ideas. Yes, it was really fast for them to move in together, but sometimes Alex tends to move fast. Morgan is good at slowing him down I think. And that's a really good point of her not telling the cops about the fan. We'll have to see what goes down. And no, I've never even been to Connecticut, but when I write, I try to do lots of research and keep the fic as real as possible. So I was reading a lot about Connecticut. I'm so glad I seemed to have gotten it right. I'm glad you were able to recognize the places. Thanks so much!
Wow, I finally caught up on this story. I was even more behind than I realized. Sorry I took so long, but now I really need you to update because that was really good!
