First song you hear Challenge!
« on: July 21, 2008, 10:56:59 PM »

Okay -- so the idea for this challenge came to me via a challenge somewhere else.

The rules

-- Using your computer/ipod/etc... whatever you use to listen to music... hit random, you HAVE to use the first song you come to (of course who'll know if you cheat... but be honest!)
-- Write a short story 1000-1500 words using those lyrics
-- Does not have to be a fanfic (can include any characters you want... even yourself if it's the vibe you get from the song)
-- Can be any genre
-- You must include the name of the song and at least some of the lyrics!

Here's my story for an example;

Interesting idea!  If I ever get over writer's block I may try this one :)

Lol!  It could... there are a lot of songs out there!

I actually harumpfed when I flipped and my song came on... like "this is too easy" and I was hoping for something fun... but I wouldn't let myself cheat...  :P
