I just read another Meg Cabot book. It was cute. And I got the first three Princess books for christmas, so I'm going to give those a shot next.

I just finished the last of the 3 Sophie Katz Novels by Kyra Davis...super easy reads, very cute.  The first one is called "Sex, Murder, and a Double Latte", then there is "Passion, Betrayal and Killer Highlights" and the last one is "Obsession, Deceit and Really Dark Chocolate"...

Next in my cue is "Chasing Harry Winston" by Lauren Weisberger

I picked up The Host, Kelly, I forgot to tell you!

I absolutely adored it. Way better than the Twilight series.

Princess books?

The Princess Diaries series?? Huge best-selling series with like 15-20 books? Couple of huge disney movies made from them? Gave Anne Hathaway her career? Ring a bell?

I've been working my way through rereading my collection of Stephen King books, since Salem's Lot gave me such a burst of inspiration for my story, for some odd reason.  Unfortunately, Misery did not do the same, even though it's awesome, and now I'm reading Cujo again.  I think next time I'm at a bookstore, I need to pick up one I haven't read before.  To those who like Stephen King books... what are some of your favorites?

It is! I really enjoyed it. Then again, something like that is so up my alley. I'm tempted to reread it.

The Dark Tower series. It's seven books long, so it'll keep you for a bit. It's fantastic. I love it, and Mare loves it. And she's as awesome as Oprah!

I knew you would say that, Rose LOL.  How trippy, out there, and "fantasy" is The Dark Tower?  Because I've looked at the first book of that before, and if I remember right, it just sounded too trippy for me LOL.  I know you like that stuff, but I usually don't; I prefer the rabid dog, crazy number one fan holding you hostage, kind of stuff that COULD happen, even if unlikely.
