Six Degrees of Seperation
« on: March 01, 2009, 06:19:09 PM »

If you're not familiar with the game, the object is to link 2 actors together using as few steps as possible. For the purposes of this game, can only use acting credits/family ties (no using "Backstreet had a song that was in this movie...")

Example: Link Kevin Richardson to Kevin Bacon

Kevin Richardson is married to Kristin Richardson, who was in Jarhead with Jake Gyllenhaal
Jake Gyllenhaal was in Rendition with Bob Gunton
Bob Gunton was in The Shawshank Redemption with Tim Robbins
Tim Robbins was in Mystic River with Kevin Bacon.

And then you choose which actor/actress you want to have the next person link to Kevin Bacon...and so on.

So...

We'll start with:

Try to link Nick Carter to Anthony Hopkins

Nick Carter was in The Hollow with Joseph Mazzello
Joseph Mazzello was in Raising Helen with Abigail Breslin
Abigail Breslin was in Nim's Island with Jodie Foster
Jodie Foster was in Silence of the Lambs with Anthony Hopkins

(Okay, I cheated and used IMDB for some of that LOL.  That was a tough one.  All I could think of to get me started on Nick was The Hollow, and we all know what a bunch of nobodies starred in that movie LOL.)

You couldn't get to him through Paris Hilton? lol

Oh, family ties aren't dating ties, nevermind...

LMAO I just had the same thought about Paris Hilton.  It would probably be fairly easy if you could say, "Nick Carter slept with Paris Hilton, who slept with..."  She's well connected in that respect LOL.

So Julilly informed me that I'm supposed to pick the next pair!

I like the Bsb theme of the first one, so...

Kevin Richardson and Leonardo DiCaprio

LMAO!

Okay... I agonized over this one for a long time, but it actually turned out to be really easy:

Justin Timberlake used to date Cameron Diaz.
Cameron Diaz was in "Gangs of New York" with Daniel Day Lewis.

I know dating isn't marriage, but it's more of a commitment than a movie, so good enough for me!
