I need some more suggestions guys. Preferably people who haven't been featured before are still writing now and are forum members or are willing to become forum members so they can discuss their stories.

Time for some more suggestions for featured stories. If you look at the featured waiting list, after December there's no one there.

If you know of a story of author who maybe hasn't been featured yet and would like a story of theirs to be featured, suggest it in this thread and PLEASE before you do, take a second and check to see if the story or author has been featured already.

We do not repeat featured stories but authors can have more than one chance, but I try not to make that happen within a year, unless they were a best author felix award winner.

I really prefer completed or nearly completed stories by authors who are still actively writing. They don't have to be a forum member but ideally if you are picked as a featured author, i'd like you to join the forum so you can particpate in the discussions.

That's a great suggestion!  Louise is writing again, so her new story Homecoming could also be another good option down the road.  I'm not sure how long she plans to make it, but her stories usually don't run too long.
