I don't even want to admit this to you in public Mare but...
Chapter 23 is there now. The reason being that it was *gulp* your fault.
lol See, there's this not so handy little administrator option called "Validate" and you somehow switched the validation off when you posted the chapter so it was waiting in the queue for a moderator to accept it.
Needless to say, I accepted it, it's now posted and I changed the setting on your story back to validate. :)

I didn't switch it off. I kept trying to validate it but when I did validate it it came up as that MSQ error thing. Are we vailidaitng stories now?
