I was teasing her, but thank you for the reply. :) LOL, she's a NICU nurse, and is getting ready for a surgery while tending to her family. She does disappear, but she always comes back. I can let her know you're trying to get a hold of her, if you want.

Nah, no biggie.  Fanfic isn't near as important as real life. :)

^Omfg, that must be one hell of a collab! I can't wait haha!

I've been thinking about a collab but I'm afraid I won't keep my promises and make some enemies. :-[ It might work if, like mentioned before, me and the other writer write on each chapter together. At the same time I'd also have someone who could kind of beta read the bit I've written or help me if I'm out of ideas. At the moment, I have to focus on my two current stories first and I feel kinda pressured lol. I think I might work on it this weekend. I'm getting annoyed with myself. :D

I started a collab with someone last year and between us we wrote a couple of chapters and then she vanished!  We never posted it.  I think maybe the time difference was also part of the problem :(  I wouldn't rule out having a go in the future, but would be worried about letting the other person down.

Aww, that sucks! :(  Collabing is fun, but you gotta have the right person.  I hate getting bailed on!  It doesn't work if both people aren't equally committed.

One of my first fanfic stories was a collab. I came home every day from high school eager to see what they had written and where the story would head. Sigh, I miss it. I'd offer up working with someone if they didn't mind a rusty old bat like me with some crazy ideas  :D
