Mare's February challenge: Win a date with Brian
« on: February 01, 2011, 04:37:29 PM »

Well actually not really. lol but since this is Brian's birthday month let's give him some love.

Create a Valentine's Day themed story with Brian as the lead character.

~ No word limit but it should be a short story, one shot. (which means only one chapter long)

~ If it's first POV, it has to be from Brian's perspective.

~ Absolutely no banners allowed. Let the story and summary speak for themselves. (If it's a challenge story and you make a banner i'll remove it lol)

~ No Baylee or Leighanne allowed.

~ This story can be any genre EXCEPT romance! (There's the challege for you. A Valentine's story that's not a romance.)

Have fun and as long as you followed the rules, post the link to your finished stories in this thread! Have fun!!  ;D

The only way to do this is humor. That's all I got. I'm sure there are other ways to do this. I have a feeling a lot of people will try to tackle this one. Great idea. :)

Oooh this one will be tough for me! Brian as the lead and no romance?! Gah! I will have to see what I can come up with!

Are we allowed to kill Brian?

Ha, like I'll actually get around to doing this... :P

Still, I love that it's a Brian V-Day challenge with no romance.  Yay for the return of Mare's monthly challenges!

I agree, YAY for the return of the monthly challenges!

Can we mention in the story why Leighanne and Baylee aren't with Brian - or no mention of them allowed at all?

Does sexual themes equate romance? Just checking.
