Privacy Settings?
« on: September 17, 2014, 06:20:49 PM »

I just wanted to know if there is a privacy setting to hide my E-Mail adresse on the page :o...

I don't like it being openly visible... I mean nothing bad happened yet, but from my experience I know there are a few bad people out in the web to misuse information...

Your email address shouldn't be visible on the main site.  There is a contact feature on AC that allows readers to contact you through a form on the site that is then sent to your email, but your email stays private.

Your email also isn't visible on the forum.  Some people choose to display their email, but when I looked you up on the members list, I couldn't see yours.

Hope that helps!  If there's somewhere else where your email is openly visible, let us know where.

No problem! :)  I have used the same email for fanfic for almost as long as I can remember, and it's posted everywhere, and I get TONS of spam, so I don't blame you for wanting to keep yours private!  I'm way past that option at this point.  Luckily, Yahoo's filters catch most of it.
