That's a lot to deal with in one week!  I'm so sorry. 😢  I wouldn't be able to focus on writing either, but you'll get back to it when life calms down.  I hope the universe will send some good things your way soon!

So sorry for your loss Mare, even if you had a complicated relationship with your mum, and you were kind of expecting this to happen as she was in a hospice, I think it would still come as a shock to you both.  I hope your family doesn't give you a hard time over your plans for her funeral.  It's a lot to pay out for so don't feel bad if they don't agree with the cremation and spring celebration of her life. 

I also hope your blood tests don't show anything serious.  You have enough going on without adding more.

You're welcome!  It was the least we could do.  It looked like you got a lot of donations last time I checked, so hopefully that will at least help to relieve some anxiety about how you're going to pay for everything.  I hope you're doing okay under the circumstances.  I'm glad there was some good Kieran and BSB content this week to cheer you up.

Thank you both! Yes, people really came through for us. We are only shy $370 of our goal. We didn't even ask for the entire amount. Just what was going to put us over the edge, so it's been a relief to see people respond. To be honest, we both weren't expecting very much. We're used to giving not receiving. it's been a nice kind of shock. Boy those morticians really make a ton of money by getting people at their most vulnerable. I can't even imagine how much it costs to have the full-on funeral with viewing etc... I mean we just did the bare minimum, and it nearly broke us and that doesn't even include the cost of mailing her up here or an urn. She'll be staying in her box for a while.

This past week has been so weird. You are right, it's been nice having Keiran content to make me happy. And the boys performance was nice too. Hopefully Keiran will continue to perform his emotional support duties this week. There's an actors on actors to look forward to on the 18th.

I saw you update again! Yay for you! I am actually going to update tomorrow. I managed to write a little bit each day enough to finish off the chapter. Honestly, I'm posting more for selfish reasons. This story usually gets some feedback and it'll be nice to read comments.

As far as the test results, I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow night, so we'll see what she says.
