Yay for two new voices in my thread (besides my own lol)!!

Actually, the writing I'm doing is original, but I'd be more than happy to post it on AC if you want to read it

I'm on a short story kick at the moment, too, so, if I do ever write fanfic again, it'll be short stories. I like them a lot because they're short and sweet. Lately, I've been losing track of my plotlines and getting bored with longer stories (which was part of the writer's block), so short stories make me happy! hmm...maybe I'll post a couple on AC...

Post it! I know I'd love to read more of your stuff, and I am sure there are several people who would agree with me. Between 'Someday We'll Know,' 'Hensley' and 'In the Shadows,' you've hooked me as a fan of your writing style. So I would love to see more stuff from you.

Umm, okay. So, initially, I'd posted my original story as a fanfic on AC, but I decided that was just too complicated and would mess up the main characters a lot, so I'm just leaving it as original fiction. I just updated it with the next chapter, so, if anyone's interested, check it out and let me know what you think

Yes, but I'd initially decided to convert it to fanfic for AC..but that's just too complicated and would change the characters, so yes, it is the same one. Have you been checking my FP stuff?

Oh, nice! Well, I'm glad you've been reading. There's actually one, maybe two(?), that were fanfic I never posted on AC but thought about just posting on FP as original since they were AUs. Hmm, let me know what you think about the crazy mess of stories I have over there lol

It's not a romance. There isn't even a hint of it in the entire story. And, for real, the summary totally sucks, so please don't judge the book by its cover...not that the first chapter does much, but anyway...lol

Thanks, Rose! I've been wanting to write this story for a couple months now and just couldn't find the time. Then, when I realized that trying to write another romance was giving me writer's block, I gave it up. I think I may have reached the end..or seemingly the end..of my romance streak lol About time, right?

But yay! I'm glad you liked the prologue! The first three sentences of the first chapter have been stuck in my head all day, so I'm gonna go start on them, but I just wanted to say thanks to all of you that did read it. I was so surprised by the number of reviews in my email   Yay for suspense stories! Here's hoping they'll make a comeback *crosses fingers*
