*lol* Sorry, didn't mean to scare ya... I'm just kind of a Bond geek to an extent. I'm not totally well-versed in it either, though - I've only seen a few of the movies, but I do try to get my hand on every Bond video game. *haha* But I feel ya on what you're saying about it not taking place in the Bond universe... it just would've made me the giddiest girl in the world to have the current Bond in it. Oh, well, perhaps for one of my own fan fics someday.

*just got home from work* We can have him have a cameo somewhere. Like its not the Bond universe Nick is in, but who says Bond still can't be real in 00Carter's universe? LOL like someone says to Nick, "You look different.." and Nick could be all "yeah, I've gotten older, unlike one agent, I wonder if immortality comes with agent rank?" lol since Bond never really ages and always changes looks wise.

And one of the movie channels that we get has been showing 007 movies all week... Have I watched a one? Nope  Perfectly happy with watching Cars and Ice Age 2 with the kids (and spending all my other time here on the boards, lol)

But can someone save me reading through 30 pages of convo on the other thread and explain what the Red Jewel is/will be/whatever?

Dunno if someone answered this lol, but Red Jewel is a Carter (Bond) girl. I was joking with Julie and Dee, and that came to mind, and it sounds really cool. So now I wanna use her as a Bond girl lol.

But you know, I'm sorry to say this but... I don't think Nick has anywhere near enough stamina as Bond. Maybe sexually. But when it comes to torture, specifically the kind used in the new Casino Royale, I think Nick would be like, "OKAY! OKAY! I'LL TELL YOU!!!!! JUST DON'T SMACK MY BALLS AGAIN!!!!!!!!"

LMAO well he has to now. Though we could throw in lil humor stuff like that and have him still win cause he's 00Carter and the good guy lol.

With this, there is plenty of room for cameos, BUT my only thing is don't make them more important than the celebs roles. If they grow as bigger regular characters, neat, cause women in a Bond world are good. But don't write all about your cameo lol..

Me, I'd like to be either a scientist who makes all of Nick's gadgets...or possibly another agent. I'll leave the Carter girls to you and Julie lol.

Me write all about me? Pfft. I'm a horrible person. Let's write about Nick! Especially considering this is such a huge world, where ffocusing on one or two characters would compeltely ignore all the other main characters in the work. I'd rather hear about Nick's battle with Howie anyway.

Well what about something like the CB flash vid, you did a great job with that. I could do something with windows movie maker, but I'm on dial up and it'd be murder to try and upload to youtube to play on the site.
