Wow...this chap was some amazing writing. I was scared that she would do something like that. Poor Kay! I really hope she'll be ok. I can't wait to read the POV from Brooke in American Honey.
Author's Response: Would you believe I wrote it in ten minutes? I think all chapters should come to me so easily. And then with Brooke's, I'm struggling. So, as you can assume...I'm writing Brooke's POV as we speak. :)

OH, I really hope she gets help and can tell her parents how she has felt. I have been down that dark road in high school and it's not fun. Mostly because of the teasing that maded me go down. but i know she does have good parents and they can help.
Author's Response: This week has just made me so incredibly sad with all of the teenage suicides that have happened due to the whole gay bullying issue and cyber bullying and...ugh. It just has to STOP. Kay does have good parents. And I teased, but she's not going anywhere yet.

Wow! Noah is such a sweetheart. He's just what Kay needs.
I feel bad for Kay. Her world is falling apart. Brooke is jealous because of they did what she wanted to do. Being a teenager is so hard. Kay needs to realize that Noah really cares and isn't like other guys. She deserves his love. She made mistakes but can overcome them. I feel bad that her self-esteem is that low because of all the crap that has happened to her. She is a worthwhile, wonderful young woman.

Noah finally getting his moment, Kay's confliction because this was the first time where she actually felt something...it wasn't just something to do because she felt worthless. There's still that depression that's she's struggling with and Noah caring just totally knocked her off balance.
