Jake is not stupid. He might be the smartest one out of all of them, actually. Kevin needs to stop the lying, Nick needs to try & understand where Shay is coming from. Shay needs to understand that besides now having a dad in the picture for Jake, other women will be in it, but they're not there to take her place as Jake's mom. Her jealousy will bite her in the butt if she isn't careful. All the adults need to take a cue from Jake -- life is as complicated (or as simple) as you choose to make it!

I remember Shay saying that Jake knows that all familys are different, looks like she shot herself in the leg with that comment .. I do see where Nick is coming from, but I think he is rushing things a little bit.. And he don't know the first thing about being a parent, because she never told him he was a parent.. I think I'm team Jake in all of this, and I do believe that children can accept a situation like this if it's explained to them in a simple way.. Adults tend to complicate everything with there feelings and giving their children too little credit..

Who knew looking at porn would cause in control Kevin to want to change his whole life. I get why he used the name and wanted Shay to get to know the real him.
She definitely seems more pissed with Nick. She feels threathened because of Jake. I get that. Kevin lied, but she thinks Nick will take her baby away.
I hope things work out. Can't wait to see what happens.

Being as I have experience in this area, even though Shay is being "territorial" where Jake is concerned, and she has a right to be, she will have to eventually be the adult. Accepting that Nick has a life (which includes Lauren) and that she also can have a life (which looks like it will include Kevin/Blake). Nick will have to do his own adjusting to Kevin being part of his little boy's life. It takes a lot of patience, but growing up and practicing tolerance, on EVERYONE'S part, to make this work. Alienating everyone will only damage relationships and confuse Jake - who should be everyone's first priority. It can work, if all adults agree not to be self-centered. Just sayin'!

So it's Kevin, but why Blake? And where is Kristin? So many questions! I think Shay should be a little careful, she is scared of what Nick is going to do, and I understand that, but if she acts to hostile with him, it's will only make matters worse.. It's too soon for him to meet Lauren, but then again it looks like she's dating Kevin.. Tricky situation for sure :)
