Damn, Lauren. Well I must say that I can understand her being upset and surprised...wow at her "solution." I know that's not what she wanted, but Jake exists now and Nick wants to be a part of his life.
I love all the moments between Nick and Jake...so adorable. And lol at his grandma "smelling like bees." Can't wait to read more, you're on a roll!

I love your stories. Everyyy freakin' one of them!! This is def. one of my faves right now, keep up the good work. I think it's good how you write Lauren differently in your stories.. obviously if you write her to be slightly bitchy that doesn't mean you/your readers think she is a bitch in real life or somethin. Just like how i like Julie/Razzo/Lauren in 'She Wants Me' seems to be based off her. But anyhoo, keep up these fantastic updates on your stories, i'm enjoying them!!
Author's Response: I'm totally Team Lauren---but none of us REALLY know what she's like. I play around with character traits whenever she pops up in my stories. Like in Only in My Dreams...and She Wants Me....and this one. The only story I really made her a total wash in was With the Band, but then again she only got like three lines :)

Just started this story today. Like it pretty much, but the last couple chapters I was hoping it's not gonna take the typical "Nick makes mistake w/girl, time goes on, then dumps GF to get with girl again" scenario. Oh well. For once I wish Lauren would be portrayed in a normal, good light. Just me and my wishful thinking. ;o)
