Just started reading this. Nick was cute when he was chunky! I liked him like that but minus the drugs. He looks great now too, I never thought of him as fat, I thought he always looked sexy as hell. Her mom sounds like my mom. :( I'm not skinny myself, and it doesn't help when your mom picks at everything you do day after day. No wonder she wants chocolate and Oreos. Have to feel bad for both of them, Richard Simmons is annoying as hell! At least they have each other to help get through this. One more thing... Aaron is NOT hotter than Nick. What an ass!
Author's Response: Nick was so cute chunky! 'I Still' Nick is my favorite Nick. (Even though he looked delicious at Oprah with his blond spiky hair back...) Minus the drugs and he would have been perfect...no need to change (well except for the whole heart problem thing too). I'm a stress eater so it's not my mom it's just everything else which isn't good either. I'm glad everyone's in agreement that R. Simmons as host is like the most hellacious thing ever. :) And I agree about your last comment. Aaron's delusional to think he's the hot one!

I had to google Richard Simmons to see if it was the guy I had pictured in my head, and yes it was :) I know "teddybearNick" was unhealty and unhappy, but I never cared about his weight, sure the six pack pics looks hot.. But as long as he is drugfree and happy, i'm happy! Loving this story, you are an amazing writer..!

I already like this story so far. I like the idea. I just looked up on the internet how many kilos 224 pounds are and holy cow!! I really just can't imagine Nick with so much weight lol! I'm very curious to how this weight loss show will turn out. (:
Author's Response: I remember seeing him at House of Blues in 2002. He was probably around 200-205 then and everyone was saying he was fat. People are just as critical about famous guys as they are famous girls. I saw all five guys at HOB in 2005 and he was around the 215 mark then. I loved him either way but knowing that drugs played a part, I'm thankful that he is the way he is now. He just seems so much happier.

Author's Response: I prefer little tummy Nick over 'six pack abs' Nick. I also prefer blonde Nick over natural color hair Nick. LoL. But more to the point, no matter WHAT he's Nick so I love him all the same. :p (plus I think he looks adorbs in my banner, haha) I second the thought that the drink/coke binging isn't hot. Shay's mom is 'Hollywood.' Hollywood is built on one mold. It gets old after awhile :/
