it must be really hard to be with someone famous. :( i have sympathy for Adie, though i have never been with someone famous so i'm not sure what it's like. but i can see that it can take its toll on a person. i just have one question: is Adie walking away from Nick or....what??? update please! :)

Yay an update! Finally one of my favorite stories has been updated!
YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME?!!!! You can not do this to me. Leaving it on a cliffe is so uncalled for! LOL
I HOPE TO GOD Adie isn't walking away for good again, if she is I don't think I'm going to continue reading the story, lol. Adie was making such great progress up until this happened. I just hope instead of her running away from it all that she goes to Nick, that would be a nice suprise.
The media does tend to OVERPLAY a story and it does get annoying. She just has to learn that the public/fans is always going to be there, they are always going to have mean things to say, and she just can't let it get to her. She was handling it all so well until she was told to go on vacation.
Please don't leave it on a cliffe to long I want to see how this unfolds.

She definetly needs to learn to deal with the media scutiny better but right now she is feeling very vunerable because these people now know where she works. Not only that she is pregnant and her hormones are everwhere! She just needs some time away to be able to deal with it all! I am keeping quiet about where she is going though because I want to keep you ll on your toes! LOL!

I think this may very well be the best chapter yet...
I was so pissed at Adie at first for not staying home, then when she called in to work and I thought she lied, I wanted to kill her. I think you did a great job of bringing it back around, showing that Nick was no longer running from commitment by showing up at her parents' house and confronting the issue. In a lot of ways, it's like they have switched roles. They are both wounded, in different ways, but Nick is sticking it out and Adie is trying to bail. She needs to redeem herself, she needs to TRY...can't wait for more! Good job!

She couldn't stay home and face him at that point, the dream was still too fresh and too raw, she just needed to get away. Nick needed to make her see that he did have issues with how she left, that she is going to have to work at gaining his trust but he also needed to make her understand why he has such an issue with trust and I think he finally did that in this chapter. You are definetly right in the whole role reversal thing though and there is going to be much more of that later on.
