Author's Response: I think he is scared of baring his soul and still being rejected by her. It's happened to him in the past and when he had let people in they have just stabbed him in the back, so it's very difficult for him to let his gaurd down. Thanksfor the review!

Ok I do not really dislike Adie she had her reason for leaving but the way she went about it that what I dislike x oh it is a wee girl oh so sweet and Nick gonna find out about her he gonna be surpise x Just hope that they talk about things andhe tells her what he thinks x

I think that is what most people think about her, because she just left totally out of the blue and broke up with him via a note which is very callous. They definetly need to do some serious talking but some things are going to get in the way of that over the next few chapters! Thanks for the review!

Author's Response: He needed to get emotional, he needed to show a certain person the real him and now Rachel has seen how vunerable he is it won't be long until Adie finds out, whether she will do anything about it or not is a different matter. oh poor Nick really dislike Adie right now i know that she had her reason but still dislike like her, love his relationship with Kristin and his with Rachel. If Adie told him that night about pregnancy he would not remember anyway

Oh please don't dislike her! I know most people don't like her at the moment but she definetly had justified reasons for leaving! I know the way in which she left was harsh but she is trying to protect herself just like Nick has been doing by not opening up to her. There are two sides to this story and I don't really think that Nick or Adie can be to blame 100%. I think most people feel that from the title The heartbreaker is Adie but it's got a double meaning because he has also broken her heart by not being able to trust her.

You are right in what you have said about his relationship with Kris and needing to be able to be that honest with Adie, he needs to be able to trust her like he does Kris but when he finds out she's been hiding this pregnancy from him they are just going to end up at square one again!

Well he can't find out too early on now can he? I have to keep you guys guessing as to when he is going to find out! LOL! I have a feeling that he and Kristin are quite close and I just felt like I had to show that he isn't closed off to everyone. He does share with people but it takes him a long time to be able to trust people because of what he has been trhough in the past. The whole Adie keeping the pregnancy from him is just going to enhance how much he feels he can't trust her! I mentioned before how much Adie resemles Rachel and it was looking at her and realising what he lost that made him break down.
Thanks for your reviews, I know you always leave them without fail! I will review Casual but I haven't read it proberly yet as I haven't had a spare two minutes this week yet! Hopefully tomorrow I can sit down read that and start work on the next chapter!

Yay your back to writing!! I love your story so far. I can't wait to see how it all goes.
I'm happy that Adie is preggers but I dont like how she hasnt said anything to Nick yet. Hopefully she tells him first or somehow slips it out to him accidentally. I hope that they will work everything out and get back together sooner rather than later.
Her stubborness is killing me! lol. Can't wait for the next update :D

I have been wanting to get this out for ages, but what with work and a slight case of writer's block as to what needed to happen next it has just taken a tad longer so thanks for being so patient! Just because she is pregnant doesn't actually mean that they will get back together though, it complicates things a hell of a lot more for the pair of them. There is so much more drama to come so stay tuned! Thanks for the review!

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I think in her heart Adie knows that she has made a mistake but she can't risk the rest of her life when he doesn't trust her enough to let her in. She loves him, that much is certain but that isnt enough for her and until he realises that then not a lot is going to change. The whole baby thing is just going to complicate things further as well!
