So first let me say that I am SO glad that you're back and working on this great story again. Seems very different from the original but I'm excited to see how you go about this.

Glad to see you back! This is a lot different from how I remember How to Save a Life, but I like it a lot so far! Very intriguing. The first chapter was really sad, and the next two were interesting. My only critique (and I'm sorry for being anal - I'm just bringing it up because it bugged me this whole chapter) is just a little historical inaccuracy - AIDS was not around in 1969, at least not known as "AIDS." It wasn't recognized until the early 80s. So even if Daniel had died of AIDS in '69/'70, he wouldn't have known it was AIDS he had. Sorry for being anal - I loved the rest!! :)

Although I gotta wonder how Nick pulled off the audition. He can't die, but can he age? or reverse age? How'd he manage to look 13 when he met AJ?

Awwww how sad but it's intriguing how you're going about this. Poor Nick, people may think it's cool to never die, but he has to see everyone he's ever loved die around him. :(

Aww yay, you're back! I just posted about your How To Save A Life fic on the boards this morning. This one seems interesting and already has my attention. Can't wait to read more. :)
Author's Response: That's so funny you were just posting about it. I've been working on HTSAL for a long time but I couldn't quite get it to go where I wanted to the way that it was. I think the key to the plot's been fixed though and Time Watcher will actually get to be completed. :)
