I've gotta share the good news! I totally just saw on TV that this Friday is the 1st of 5 new Numb3rs episodes! Hopefully it'll inspire you to update your awesome story more than 2 times a week?
Author's Response: YAY!! and unfortunately I just can't write that fast to update more than twice a week in fact I was even thinking of going down to once a week *ducks* lol School takes up a lot of my time. We'll see though :) i'm going to try to keep going with two a week. In the summer i'll have a load of time though it's just getting there that's the hardest part. lol

Hmm... I'm too sleepy to even try to analyze what I just read. All I know is I definately can't wait for Friday. A new chapter and a new episode of Numbers! Great one, I can't wait to see what comes out of this. I know though that the killer is getting way too close for comfort. And the clincher at the end of the chapter makes me eager to read more!

Kevin's off the case, but not really. The killer's got a scent of him and I don't care who says it. The killer is obviously obsessed, which means he's not letting Kevin get away that easily. Not after he's so rattled. It's like the killer and Kevin are one at some points. They're so obsessive and full of rage, only, Kevin hides it and the killer expresses it. Alarming to know that, huh? Something that separates you from the man trying to ruin your life is just a simple mechanism of control. Scary Kevin. *shiver* (heh)

First off, Lisa is a little brazen... Holy shit... Don't think I'd ever be leaving a message like that on an answering machine... Although, it probably would have perked his interest if it wasn't for the first message... And Kevin's way too involved with the case. Especially with the murderer targeting his ass specifically. Tyler should take the thing over. I mean, damn, I'd be screaming like a little girl, running out of the house when I saw the body sheet. Don't care if I had a gun. Because, I don't laugh in the face of danger, I scream like a girl, dive under the couch, and wait for danger to leave.

Wow, this is so unlike me to have to wait until Saturday night to read this story. I must admit though that I was super anxious to have an opportunity to sit down for a second to read this. It's such a great chapter, I'm excited to find out who the killer actually is. I think that Wilson guy is just a throw off. They're trying to lure Kev's attention away from the person or persons actually responsible, someone close to him. Like that Tyler guy or Rob. Someone that's smart enough to know how to pull off crimes like that for that long right under Kev's nose. Someone that's had training on searching for the evidence that'll put someone in jail. Someone that won't make the same mistakes others will. Enough of my theories on your well thought out story. Can't wait for tomorrow's update!
