Summary:
After not being able to shake what she thought was just the flu, Anita admits herself into the hospital of her small hometown to have some tests done. The results are nothing of what she expected to find though. She is forced to stay to undergo treatments. During her stay, she meets Kevin, eldest member of her favorite band. Wondering what he is doing in her town, she asks, finding out information about him that is startling and scary. The reason he is located there is due to the fact that the town is small, and he wants to keep his illness on the down low. During the stay, Anita and Kevin develop a special bond that forms a relationship. They are inseperable. Suddenly though, Kevin's illness worsens without warning, leaving Anita scared that he won't make it out alive. Although things are shaky for awhile, Kevin does become better and is released from the hospital, never once contacting Anita. Kevin returns to his old life, one Anita hadn't realized he had until she herself is released and goes to find the love she thought she had found. Hurt and confused, Anita demands an exclamation, leaving Kevin stuck in the middle of feelings he thought he'd
left behind. When it comes down to it, will Kevin chose his old love or the one he found during his stay in the hospital with the girl who had been there for him through it all?
