Melanie "Hope" Davis is an old high school friend of Backstreet's Brian Littrell, but they lose contact when he joins the group. During the group's hiatus in 2003, the two reconnect when he starts co-hosting the Friday morning show with her at the station where she DJs. Eventually, their rekindled friendship turns into more, despite the fact that Brian is married. Their relationship is short-lived, however, when his wife finds out. When given an ultimatum, Brian chooses Leighanne, breaking Melanie's heart and will in that single instant. To complicate matters, Melanie finds out she is pregnant with Brian's son. Leighanne will not be dettered, however, and convinces Brian to fool the public into believing she is the one pregnant. Because of Brian's decision, Mel's last shred of hope is obliterated. She eventually goes on with her life, marrying her gay best friend and resigning herself to a life without love. But what happens when Brian re-enters her life 3 years later? Can Melanie get over the hurt he caused her? Will their love perservere, or will they be kept apart by circumstances out of their control? Can these two lovers prove the age-old philosophy that true love never dies?
Nick has been keeping a secret from his four bandmates.
When they discover what he's been hiding, they want nothing more than to help him re-write his future.
Will Nick be able to?
Or will fate take it's course, leaving his destiny already written and unwavering..

** FINALLY FINISHED!!**
With Leighanne on a trip, Brian is at his wits’ end as Baylee continues to scream nightly about the monster in his room. Knowing full well that there is nothing in his son’s bedroom and continuing to lose sleep as he stays up to calm Baylee, Brian doesn’t know what to do anymore. However, when two, leather and denim-clad strangers break into his home one day and explain that what Baylee sees is real, will Brian believe them before it’s too late? Or will he lose his son to an evil that he’d never imagined could exist?
