Those are the rules you see when you go to post a new story or add a chapter.
They are only a bare-bones version of what is posted here on the forum, which is what is being enforced:

Can't you, Ash, or Julilly just revise the rules on the site so that they're the same as what's posted here, which everyone's expected to follow? By just including the link in a news post, you're giving users three separate places to look for information on the rules. I can see how that's confusing for new users to the site. I just think it would simplify things to have the exact same information posted everywhere, so we're all on the same page and no one feels blindsided.
