Dani! I know I haveent reviewed in a while but Im still reading and loving this fic! Its been crazy seeing all the drama that Brian, Nick and Leslie have had to dealt with although we all knew it was gonna happen when the affair was exposed! I feel so bad for Nick, being a Nick girl myself but Brian and Leslie have this love thats just meant to be together! Im still holding out for a happy ending! And it totally killed me the way Brian found out about Leighanne not really being pregnant, shes such a bitch! Amazing job as always and Im already waiting for a new update! XoXO!

I haven't been able to review in the past few chapters but i just want you to know your writing in this story is AMAZING!!! Now A.J knows the truth and I'm glad that he isn't judging Brian and especially Leslie, it was really sweet of him to go talk to her during rehearsal to fix their friendship and just be there to support her. I think Leslie finally realized that Brian is the one she is meant to be with, I know Nick didn't get all the answers to her questions correct, but Nick doesn't seem to me like the guy that would remember every detail, but I understand why remembering would be important. I love how Brian and Leslie know eachother so well, like their favorites and fears, it shows the depth of their relationship. I wonder what lie Leighanne is going to try to pull off on Brian, maybe a pregnancy? Awesome job, can't wait for more!

And I agree, Nick doesn\'t seem like the type of person to remember every minute detail, and I think Leslie might have been asking/expecting too much from him, especially after seeing all Brian knew. I love the fact that even though Leslie didn't want to talk about why she was so sad, Nick wanted to do that more than just have sex with her and forget that she was upset, although that didn't end up happening... OMG I can't belive Brian plus the rest of the Backstreet Boys are in Colorado as well, I would totally freak out if I were Leslie because she's heartbroken but has to see Brian with Leighanne plus make sure to be happy with Nick and her family on top of that! I love that Brian got those earrings for Leslie, that was really sweet of him and it gives me hope as well as to that there may be a possibility of them being together one day! AND I can't belive Leighanne found the earrings, she's going to be furious when she finds out that they weren't for her but for Leslie. I'm just curious to see if she's going to discover that they weren't for her by not receiving them on Christmas or by seeing them on Leslie first? Drama, drama, drama, but it serves her right for waiting to announce her "pregnancy" until dinner just to ruin Leslie's Christmas! I really hope that Leslie isn't to heartbroken when she finds out! Great job on the chapter and please update asap, I wanna find out about the earrings, the dinner, the "pregnancy" news and all that other good stuff, lol!

I so want to know what was in Brian's gift with the journal! I think that maybe some type of letter telling him that she loves him or maybe even a song? I feel that some drama is going to come up pretty soon with this gift, exciting! Awww that was so cute of Nick to get Leslie the puppy! He's trying so hard to be a great boyfriend and to make Leslie happy, too bad her heart already belongs to Brian, and there's nothing anyone can do about it! I totally expected Leslie to freak but I'm glad that she didn't blame Amy too much and stay mad at her since Amy was only trying to help! Now Brian knows that Leslie is truly in love with him but it's kinda sad since they can't be together! It's nice to see that Brian is now starting to realize that Leighanne isn't the only one being betrayed, but his best friend Nick as well! I'm glad that he's taking Nick's heart in consideration now and I just hope that when this whole situation explodes they remain Frick and Frack! I can't belive Nick wants to propose to Leslie! I never thought I would see the day when Mr. Carter would want to settle down, lol! I know Brian's heart was breaking even more when he found out about Nick's intentions but he has to be a good friend and support him it's the least he can do afterall. It's so hard cause I really want to see Nick happy but I want Brian and Leslie to get their happily ever after! Of course, it would have been different if they were together and he had found out, but now he can\'t really give those feelings back to her freely. It\'s a very sad situation. I realized I was neglecting to put Nick in Brian\'s mind, and I\'ve been planning their \'proposal\' talk for awhile, so I figured it would be the perfect opportunity for Brian to wise up a bit and atone a little bit for what he\'s done. Ive been away from AC for a while now, dumb school and work keeping me busy, lol..What a sad chapter...i loved seeing Brian and Leslie sharing the moment when they heard the song, it was very intimate and sort of a goodbye...but I dont know if it was final? It was beautiful the lyrics, their emotions and thoughts...I almost cried, I think I truly felt how they were feeling! God, Leighanne is such a liar! If Brian only knew...I have a feeling shes going to have a "miscarriage" just to get out of her lie and that would still probably make Brian feel bad for her and end up staying with her. I feel so bad that this is just the begining to all the heartache theyre going to go through..I just hope in the end they end up together! Great chapter like always and cant wait for an update!

Oh My Gosh! It was so sweet how Nick planned everything out! He went through all the trouble of inviting everyone from her parents to her friends from Colorado just so Leslie could have the perfect birthday...it basically shows how much he loves her. I cant believe that Brian was finally going to tell Leslie that he loves her too... which means hes made the decision to leave Leighanne and give themselves a chance. Now to the HUGE part, Nick finally asked Leslie to marry him and she said no! I understand why because not only has she lied and cheated on him but she doesnt love him like she loves Brian and in the end the marrige wouldnt have worked out even if Nick does love her madly! My heart was seriously breaking in seeing Nick in such heartache, I was almost in tears! Plus finding out that it was Brian who Leslie cheated on him with is just going to push him over the edge! I have a feeling that this is going to end their friendship! Im hoping that after some time when Nick stops hurting he will see that it was for the best that they didnt get married and that maybe its fair that Brian and Leslie get their chance in being happy together! I read some reviews about how Brian and Leslie are getting what they deserve, but even though they did wrong, to some extent their only human and they made a mistake which they are now paying for by being in true heartache as well. You did an AWESOME job... truly making me feel the pain that each of them is going through! Wow...this is a long review...lol

Author's Response: Nick is a definite sweetie. He adores Leslie so much, that\'s why the end of the chapter is so sad! I\'m glad you see and understand why Leslie said no, cause really it\'s for the best, though it sucks majorly for everyone involved, especially Nick. I think part of the reason why it\'s so sad (it would be horrible anyway but..) is because he just had no idea. He thought everything was perfect between them, and then she said no and it\'s kinda like \"What do I do now?\" He just had no clue. Yeah, Nick\'s definitely going off the deep end, I can guarantee that. He\'s not a happy camper, and rightfully so. So much drama will ensue! And Thia, you are so amazing by mentioning the other reviews that say how Leslie and Brian don\'t deserve happiness, etc etc, and seeing that they are only human and people make mistakes.
