Oh Plumsie this is absolutely the most beautiful start. PJ is so adorable (though, of course, she can't beat Katie *smile*) and Nick is so loving towards her it makes my heart warm. Believe me when I say I giggled at the Leighanne reference and snotted Pepsi at the Baylee mention. *giggles* Awesome job, I can't wait to read more. Y'done the next chapter yet?

“’Cause him’s eyes are sparkling ‘gain.” That line nearly killed me, Plumsie. Just... Charlotte is so damn adorable! And I absolutely loved Hannah's reasons for being the business. When she speaks you can just feel the passion she has for the music. I adore her to pieces, and I can't wait for more. :) Also? Catalina? That had me cackling, seeing as how that was the name of a recent Regency heroine I was reading in the past few weeks. *giggle* Love you!

Poor broken Nicky. Him's heart has been through Hell and back, and he really needs a good sweet girl to love on him. I love how smug he is that Hannah turned down Howie's advances, and I adore how he feels the connection with her even though when she's around he turns into a mute. *coos* And Joanne is the epitome of hilarity. So charming, so personable, so me! *grins* But Hannah! She is freaking adorable! I love her so much, Plumsie. Bouncing onto a chair to lean over the door! *adores*

Amy makes me laugh. She really does, she's just so adorable. And she makes very valid points. I know Brian had good intentions with showing up to give her the gift, and though it was heartbreaking and sweet, I couldn't help think that he was a jerk for doing that to her. Almost as though he's just danging her on a train. *grunts* But! I do love the story and hope you update soon! :) -- Josie

Author's Response: Heh, I\'m glad you like Amy. I definitely enjoyed writing scenes with her, just cause she\'s fresh meat for the story line. I figured Leslie needed a womanly influence in her life. And I totally agree with you on the whole Brian thing. He did have good intentions, but it was definitely a mean thing to do. It\'s leading her on in a way and it\'s definitely not fair to her. *loud squee* Oh, Plumsie. There are no words to explain how much I loved this! The idea of matchmaker Nick (I'm certain you could create another beautiful story showing all that *hint*) made me giggle and coo. "Christmas Crusader" made me snot my pepsi, and Nick's stealthy movements down the stairs had me snickering. The idea of a burglar dressed as Santa Claus making out with AJ made me tingle, though I knew it had to be Brian. Your descriptions of what Nick was witnessing were absolutely gorgeous, and, I must say, Nick's realization over the entire situation was possibly the best ending to a humorous story that I've ever read. *smooches*
