Howdy, Dee here. I started reading BSB fanfics in 1999 at the advent of the internet and a wild imagination led me to start writing them some time shortly after that. I'm a sucker for fantasy stories (see wild imagination) and have written original fiction that trends fantasy as well. My favorite stories are True Companions focused (because aren't the Boys just like that), so expect lots of loving group moments from me. (If you have any of these for me to read, holler at your girl.) I took a long hiatus from writing, but a persistent character who insisted I finish his story urged me to come back (if you're familiar with my writing, you know exactly who).

In my life away from writing, I'm a teacher, traveler, volunteer, football fan, and coffee enthusiast.

I know it's sad, but this made me laugh: “Yeah, because Lord knows Nick’s an ass. That’s no secret.” Nick said. Good for him. If he didn’t say that, I was going to.

Also, I'd prefer an "I heart Nick" tee shirt...

One more thing, I didn't even realized I'd missed a chapter; how sad. :(

The entire Boy Scout bit, lol. Which, by the way, they sell popcorn; let Nick know. lol

Awe, love the Kevin/Nick vibe you have going. It's so sweet. And poor Nick being the odd man out now, and Kev being it before. I always used to feel for Kev about that.

I'm glad it's just them now and not the other guys. lol

Also, I didn't mention this last chapter, but it was so uncool for the fans to hate on Kev. I mean, I'm still a little upset about it, but I never hated on him. *sigh*

I think that was all I wanted to say... Oh yeah, the story does seem like it would flow better in first... It already kind of seems that way, just without the thoughts from the guys, you know? Maybe that's just your writing style. lol



Author's Response: Yup, that's what I was thinking too. I just went for third at first because that's how I wrote Fly Fishing but for some reason it wasn't working on this one. I like just having Nick and Kevin too right now. I keep putting off Brian and AJ lmao maybe i'll let them get lost on the way or something.

Poor Nick. :( Bad things always happen to this kid, don't they.

Did the Lou groping Nick thing ever officially come out? I don't really pay attention to celebrity gossip anymore because Paris used to dominate it. lol

And lol at Nick threatening to tell Kevin who's younger than Lou. lol

I also found the whole nineteen/twenty minutes to live exchange entertaining. lol

Author's Response: The thing about Nick crying to go over Lou's was true. That's why people thought something was up. He never came out and said anything happened though. I made it be Kevin that Lou was afriad of because my thought was Kevin would be more likely to tell on him to his own parents than Jane, sadly who even though in real life she suspected something was happening, she still let Nick be in the group around Lou. *kicks her*

This chapter was really sweet. I feel for Howie, and I'm glad you let him into the story, even if just for a litle bit. :o)

And as always, poor Nick. :( He needs like.... some wonderthing to right his world 180 degrees.

NO, I refuse to let Brian and AJ come! lol

I don't know what I liked best about this chapter... "Huge stalks of corn" was pretty classic... And maybe Nick sleeping in a coffin-pose. lol There's always the other theory that he always sleeps in fetal position though, lol.

Still love this story! *praises Mare on a mountaintop*

The other two are background characters because I said so! hehe I bet he does sleep in a fetal position but there are  alot of pics where he's sleeping on his back. Weirdo that he is! lol
