So weet again! :)) I feel that there's something coming. Though this was really a filler chapter...but it doesn't mean it hadn't some sweet moments. Like the fact he had given her his fav shirt(hey, that's a big step for him!!! He is being lovely!)...and how he wanted to invite her to go out with him.
...if you'd update more regularly, the readers would love you even more!

First off, I was abit sceptical about it genre, because I am not really a fantasy fan. I don't read Tolkien or Verne.But your work made me think that I could really start to like the genre.

I guess the main difference between Minako and the other priestresses is that she has real feelings towards her demons. (If you don't have feelings you don't get married, right?)

I can't predict, where the demon battle will lead, because they all have similar powers. Well, maybe the power of the priestresses will be crucial.

And yes, Nick with wings and horns is something I have never read before...though I guess he still looks cute! :)

The intro to life and death was looong. Of course, it had a lot to do with the phylosophical point, but it really distracts from the action. It might make an impression that the whole chapter will go on that way. Mayeb you could split the intro into a few paragraphs?

What I really liked was the power you gave Kevin. He appeared to be really mighty...and even scary because of the endless power. And aww, his commitment to his friends IS heartbreaking. Can't believe he's a demon!

Author's Response: I\'m trying to make a story that\'s good to enjoy in all its bloody glory and also makes you think. I tend to drone on, and I\'ve been trying to split up up, of course. That\'s something to go into when I edit the final cut. ^_^ I did have some help with that one. ^_^ This chapter gave me a lot of grief and writers blocks trying to decide what \"attack powers\" to give someone who\'s demonic powers were defensive. I wanty to present each demon as having their own strength that made each of them mighty in their own way, to prove why they desrved to be a cardinal demon. And, in a way, each one is also very frightening. I do hope you noticed though, that he had yet to drag out the attack power until this chapter, and then sealed it, in the manner of Howie in the previous chapter. Thanks. I\'m also hoping their growing love for each other is becoming apparent. ^_^ I also hope all of them come off as more human than demonic, a word battle you\'ve probably often noticed Minako struggle with (in comparison to Renee). So..finally something on Renee....aah, I've been waiting for it!!! Finally, finally I know her reasons why!!!! I see her anger, her frustration...I wished it had been shown earlier, though...then I would've known her reasons. But sometimes, reasons are hidden.

So she develops some feeling towards her demons? So sweet!!!!

Why doesn't she have to fight? Just walking over remains isn't fun....

It's been quite a long wwait to see what happens next. This chapter was kind of a filler, it will lead to the next happenings. Try to think how you want Nicky to turn out.
And don't worry about this ''plagiarism'' accuse...there's actually nothing new in the world...then we could accuse Shakespeare plagiarizing ''Tristan & Izolde'' with his work ''Romeo+Julia''...it all depends on how different you make the story..if you have at least 20%difference from the other author, she can't blame you. Keep on writing!:)
