Awww, I'm glad Brian's helping Nick out so much. It's nice to see for once lol Pink hair...well, since he already has Alzheimer's, I guess dying his hair is naturally the next step for most people who are the usual age for Alzheimer's patients lol

Author's Response: Thanks! :) lmao @the idea of Nick dying his hair following the steps of most Alzheimer's patients. I didn't even think of that. I think Brian's faith has a lot to do with why he's able to cope with this and be there for Nick so much. As for AJ :( I wanted to hug him.

Yay! Glad you wrote so fast and finally updated this story! I like how you showed Nick's thought process, and how he and Analiese were thinking along the same lines but came up with two totally different solutions. Cute :) I'm not sure about Lukaas or her dad yet, but I think it's going to be a lot of fun watching Nick try to do some manual labor lol Good times are in store, I'm sure. Of course, I'm also itching to find out what happened to Kevin! Next chapter? Please?
Author's Response: Thanks Sarah! It was important to me to show Nick's thought process and have it make some kind of justifiable sense, even if we, knowing the whole story, can see that his thinking is flawed. I think it's going to be fun writing him in this whole different world too. I'm sure I will get some Kevin in, if not the next chapter, then hopefully the chapter after. Thanks again for the review!!

I mean, what if your readers are flakes like me, where we only review every so often when we find the time? This story is excellent, especially now that Kevin is missing and the briefcase is out there somewhere *dun dun dun* Anyway, it was nice seeing AJ and Nick's relationship, and how they all went outside with Nick when he was feeling anxious. Author's Response: Yeah, my story isn't showing up on most recent. I keep getting weird error messages. I'm not sure what it is about this story. I have never been as hard on myself with any other one for some reason. I just don't have the fanfic writing confidence I used to have I guess? I'm in a weird funk. It's like this story is playing with my mind or something. lol I have no idea. I wish I could explain it. It's stupid, I know lol I need some paxil. I think Nick's anxiety in this story is just rubbing off on me. Hopefully nothing else will. I don't need some psycho setting anything on fire. :OP

I'm going to empathize with Kevin there, and say that you almost gave ME a heart attack when Nick jumped off the stage into a pack of girls lol Nice chapter, kinda creepy starting it with Nick almost leaping to his doom, and now I feel bad for him because his nightmare's edging into his real life.

So, after reading the past 4 chapters, I've decided that I'm still super confused. At least creepy guy has a name and isn't so creepy anymore. I'm also thinking that Bob is tied up somewhere...or dead, but, you know, I'm going to stay positive here!

I'm going to apologize ahead of time for being a bad reader because I've been reading this story since you posted chapter 7 and i have yet to comment :( Of course, you can ask Julilly how I feel about this AWESOME story because I've been twittering away about it.
you have an awesome writing style, a terrific plot, and you keep me trapped between wanting Amanda to drown in the rapids and wanting to like her a little for feeling guilty about what she's doing. Personally, I really dislike her, but whatever.
And OMG WHY does Brian have a death wish? He could at least hold on until he sees Leighanne and Baylee, can't he? He's always been my fave to write and read about, and this is one of the most unique characterizations of him that I've read. It's awesome!
Also, I quit reading/writing BSB fanfic, but you've sucked me back in. Great, great job!
P.S. I love that you update so fast! It keeps me on my toes :P
Author's Response: Thanks for finally reviewing! I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the story. Brian is one of my favorites to read/write about, too. I've always found him to be really interesting as a "sidekick" to Nick. This particular characterization of Brian is a lot mellower than I tend to write him due to the situation. Brian's usually more how he and Nick are when they're goofing off (i.e., when they're making fun of Pat for example). I'm glad to revive your fan-fic interest! Keep reading - I update everyday... :)
Welp. I suppose the shit hath hitteth the fan...or will now. Amanda, boy, are you in for it now. I hope Brian does something horribly wonderfully vindictive. She deserves it for not just telling the truth, no matter how guilty she feels. I guess I might be able to like her if she gets dragged through the mud for her crimes against Nick and Brian and really grovels to make it up to them.

Author's Response: One good thing about keeping Brian's mouth clean through the entire story (as hard as it can be sometimes) is that when he finally drops the F-bomb, it works powerfully (way more so than it does when Nick or someone else says it)... its like turbo charging the emotion behind his words. I'm glad the confrontation was satisfactory. Guess you'll have to stick around to see what happens as far as fanficky magic is concerned.
Brian's journal entries make me want to cry. *sigh* Ok, I'm going to stop keeping one eye on my email for update notices from this story because I don't want you to think I have no life outside of this story lol Kidding, kidding!
