I'm a single mother of two beautiful children. And as you can see, my stories are of Nick Carter/Backstreet Boys. Yes, I have an infatuation with Nick, lol. I love to read fan fic about him and the other Boys but mostly Nick stories. I'm still fairly new at the whole authur business and am still learning. But I am looking forward to posting new things that may pop into my mind. I seem to do better with short stories and have just recently posted my first long story. We'll see how that goes. Uhhhohhhhh...seems someone is developing feeling for Brian now! But I can't help feeling that if Nick was allowed to show his feelings, allowed to touch her, things might be different. In just the last chapter she was questioning him (in her mind) about how disconnected he seems. That could make a huge difference. I can see a tiff between the two guys coming up..lol Great chapter! I'm really enjoying this story!

I agree with you one hundred percent that things may have worked out differently if Brian hadn't imposed that "no touching" stipulation on Nick. It's worthwhile to wonder if Brian had some ulterior motives when he told Nick to keep his hands off. ;)

I'm sorry..I KNOW Nick screwed up when he kissed Lauren, but Emma never really gave him a real chance to explain himself. Other than Nick, she's a douchbag magnet and she wouldn't be in this mess if she had given Nick half a chance. But I know its all for the drama of the story! haha! Loving reading this tho and can't WAIT to see what Nick, and the others, do once they figure out what's going on!

There's not always the happy ending. In the future, I hope to read a story from you where she's effing MISERABLE in North Carolina only compounded by the fact that Nick has met a WONDERFUL, caring woman and is getting married to her.
With as much doubt that Emma carries around with her, she's NEVER going to find a man and be happy. And Nick deserves so much more than that. The road Emma's heading down, she's gonna live a long, lonely life. She's selfish and honestly, needs professional help to get over her commitment fears.
Love is ALWAYS a gamble. But if you don't take that gamble, you could be missing out on the best thing in your life.

I love that you used the 6 miles, 12 lights to his front door line! I really do love that song! (Am I the only one that's noticed that so far? :p)
I am glad that Nick is showing what we know the guy to be...full of compassion. Its totally justifiable for him to be furious with Howie. Good on Lauren on helping him see past that anger. Lauren to the rescue! lol But I'm glad that, if Operation #SaveHowie does work, it looks like Nick and Howie may get closer and help each other thru this. Howie certainly needs the support.

Tho I'm sure its the alcohol fueling the pityparty Howie is throwing himself, I can almost see why he's feeling that way. How alone he must feel. At least Nick still has Lauren. I can imagine if it were me, I'd probably contemplate suicide too..if we are being honest..who wouldn't?
I can't wait to see how Nick reacts to that one phone call (haha..sorry..had to! :p). I know everyone is expecting him to rush right over to Howie's. But I dunno...he's SO full of rage against Howie right now. So its going to be very interesting to see what happens!! I CAN'T WAIT!!! UPDATE PLEASE!!!!
