I am really confuses right now... What happened? There is something missing. I felt like that when I started the story but thought you would tell throughout the story what lead them to fake Nick's death and what happened in the year before. But now I am really lost... How did he kidnap Brian and Lizz when he just pulled that stunt with the fan on Brian?? :/

I read your first story and I am reading ALTOS and first of all I must say that you are an awesome writer. I like reading your stories because they are more real than most others.I don't like cheesy stories where you know exactly where the writer is heading.
I think it's pretty sad that people are turning away from you just because you are writing a story which contains cheating. Those people seem to forget that this is a story. It would be boring if it wouldn't have it's twists and turns. Those people have to understand that your story is not based on real lif. It may be realistic but it's not like Nick and Alyssa are actually real people who cheat on their partners.
I think I might know where this story is heading and I will keep reading it faithfully. This doesn't mean I am okay with cheating in real life neither does it mean that you are. This is a Nick/Alyssa story. It's about them. People need to accept that your story isn't called fiction for nothing.
Keep going with your great work and keep your head up high. Friends who turn your back on you because of an amazing story aren't friends at all. If you ever feel like talking or if you need help with anything - let me know.

I like to think that my stories are very realistic and I know sometimes people look to fan fiction as an escape from reality so they want something not as rough as this I guess. But *shrugs* this is me... Thanks for all the support!

Great chapter! =) I am glad that Nick finally sees what a bitch his wife is and I am happy he is leaving her behind. Noone deserves a relationship like that.

I really liked that you showed how torn Nick and Alyssa both are. One the one hand Lyss regrets her night with Nick and is guilty but on the other hand she thanked Nick and even went back to do so even though he was still asleep. But the gesture alone shows that she feels something that she missed feeling and is grateful to have it back.

Author's Response: Thanks Franzi! Don't get used to the close updates although I only have a three day week at work and then i'm off Thurs-Tues so hopefully we can squeeze some updates out in there. I'm glad you liked Alyssa and Nick's conflicted feelings about what happened. As I promised I really want to take the whole cheating topic from several different angles. I think by now its apparent that the both WANT to be together, but aren't quite sure how to make it work.

She is FINALLY pregnant! hehe I am so happy about that. But I can't believe she didn't even think for a second that it could be Nick's baby. I hope she will when she went to the doc who will tell her how far along she is.
I completely understand that you are busy in life. Take all the time you need if it results in another great chapter! I will stay and wait for my update mail! ;) Can't wait to read more.

But I guess she doesn't consider the chance that it could be Nick's because she figures outside of those two occasions with Nick compared to many occasions w/ Sean, there's way more likelhood that it would be Sean's. We'll just have to see though. Don't you love baby daddy drama? Lol

Oh wow. I didn't expect Nick to find out so soon but I am glad he did find out! =) Even though I must say he is such a coward. I understand him somehow but I thought he would react a little bit different and not by running away. I hope you can squeeze out another chapter soon! I am really hooked to your story and enjoy reading it everytime! =)

Author's Response: I really didn't want to drag it out for TOO long. I think poor Alyssa would've had a breakdown lol. I know him running away is disapointing, but he can't be all perfect can he?(I was afraid I was making him TOO good to be true these past few chapters) Don't worry... He just needs to do some heavy thinking and sort things out. It's a lot to take in at once poor guy lol.
